There are two ways to get admission to GNITS. The institute offers admission in "A" and "B" categories for its respective UG & PG courses. Admission in category "A" is done through a valid score obtained by candidates in state/ national-level entrance exams, followed by the online counselling process. Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry(PCM) as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate must have scored minimum mentioned marks in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern. Life at GNITS. A woman respected world and women achievers.

Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed in top-recruited companies with a good package. The salary package offered is around 10 LPA to 12 LPA. Our college also offers internships in highly reputed companies. Computer science and technology students get good packages and internships.

Infrastructure: The hostel is within the campus. There is free Wi-Fi around the campus. There is an indoor gym, a garden, and a health clinic for emergencies. It's a complete vegetarian mess which is maintained hygienic. A nutritionist provides good health benefits. Rooms with attached washrooms and hot a water facility are also there.

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and supportive. They help students in all aspects and support them in hackathons and fests. They give us good guidance in our exams, projects, and courses. Their instructions and evaluation are very strict. A good pass percentage is secured.

Placements: Our college provides pretty good placements. GNITS has a history of over 80% placements rates each year. In 2023-2024, placements rate for B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering was 94.89%. The highest salary package offered to a GNITS graduate is 53 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA.

Infrastructure: CSE Department has a total of 10 labs, 9 labs for UG and 1 lab for PG. All these labs are catered with high-end systems along with the internet facility and are configured with the latest software. The department has started its own library and has about 580 titles which include books on all semester-related subjects and their reference books. It also has a central library facility with 7,877 titles of 35,466 volumes.

Faculty: Over the past five years, GNITS has made significant strides in innovation and intellectual property, reflecting our commitment to research and development. Our faculty members and students have successfully published 57 patents, with a consistent increase in activity each year. In addition, 9 patents have been granted during this period, showcasing our capability to translate groundbreaking research into recognised intellectual property. Satisfied with placements and faculty, really need new classrooms.

Placements: Our college has a 100% placement record, with an average package of around 15 LPA. Top recruiters include Microsoft, Amazon, Servicenow, Salesforce, IBM, Infosys, Providence, and Wipro. Internships are available both on and off campus, and are available for around 70-80% of students. To ensure a successful placement, students need to work hard on their own studies and projects.

Infrastructure: The college has a good library with a wide variety of textbooks, including moral and general knowledge books. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, but only during the day. Non-vegetarian food is not allowed on campus or in the hostel. The hostel also has a lot of rules, such as needing to ask the warden for permission to take any medication. The college is currently under construction, which has caused some problems with the old classrooms.

Faculty: The faculty at this college is good. Some of them are very knowledgeable and explain the concepts very clearly. However, referring to more textbooks would help us be better prepared for the industry. The semester exams are difficult, but it's possible to pass them easily, with a pass percentage that usually ranges from 90% to 100%.

Other: Placements in our college for computer science-related branches are very high compared to electronics. Events are festivals in our college are once a year and no more expectations. But curricular activities are more regarding clubs so you can participate.

I am satisfied with this college because it has good faculty and placements.

Placements: GNITS is the best women's college. It has very nice teaching faculty and takes many good initiatives. There are many companies that are allowed for internships and job opportunities. Many top companies like Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and so on give internships and also good learning skills.

Infrastructure: Hostel has many facilities and even college also has good facilities. Food in the hostel is very good and they always prefer healthy food in vegetarian food items. Mess and canteen always supply very nice food and in time. The quality of the food is also very good.

Faculty: Teachers in the college are very interactive and are very good at teaching. They not only focus on the academics but also about the extracurriculars. They even encourage us to participate in as many programs as we can. The course curriculum is relevant. The pass percentage is very high.
