GIFT Bhubaneswar is really good college.

Placements: Approximately 50% students were placed in our batch in on/off campus drive. The placed students got on and average approximately 2.50 lac package. The highest was 3.25 form TCS, L&T Infotech etc., The lower one was 2.00 lac from core companies. The core companies provides internships SAIL, BHEL, CLW etc. But we had made own arrangements to get such internship.

Dissatisfied because of the placements in 2019. The infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Placements for our batch were very bad. The lowest salary offered is above Rs. 10,000 per month. Companies visit the college and offer some roles, but the roles are changed when students join the company. Around 65% of the students got internship opportunities from our college.

The college is good but needs a lot of improvement, especially the food provided.

Placements: I think the placements in our college were good. Around 80-90 students got placed. Mostly, the companies that visited the college were start-ups which were good, but they hired only a few students. The placement faculty members are very helpful to students in knowing about companies. The only negative point is that the students who receive an offer from a company are not allowed to sit for further placements conducted by other companies.

The College is worth, but not the best. It has everything limitedly.

Placements: There are good IT sector jobs, with very few core jobs and lots of internships with less salary. Every year, nearly 40 small and medium private sector companies visit the campus to conduct drives. But for core jobs, the maximum offered salary range is of 11,000 to 13,000 rupees.

There happens to be very few good colleges where education is a and this fortunately is one of them.

Placements: The placement cell at Gandhi institute for technology takes personal care of the pre-placement training from the 3rd year. Though in 2017 the placement was not as good as compared to previous year and that was the case in all the college's but students got placed at companies like Tech Mahindra, Infinite Computer Solutions Pvt Ltd and Cavisson systems to name a few. The average package was 2.4 LPA whereas the highest package offered was around 4 lac.

It is a very good college regarding academics.

Placements: Placements are average. We all know the present situation of software industries. So, it is obvious that placement is not much good as compared to earlier years. Still, in our college, our lead in the corporate affairs is one of the best in Bhubaneswar. He is Sushant sir. In Bhubaneswar, every college calls him a corporate giant. He has a very good connection with very good companies. I got placed in a very reputed MNC, only because of him. So, overall, our college has above average placements. ...

The best average college of Bhubaneswar.

Placements: The placement is above average. Nowadays, new companies were invited for increasing placement percentage. The placement cell of GIT, Bhubaneshwar is very well organised, and each member of this team enjoys their role. They are dedicated to make sure that students get placed in at least 1 company. They are also helpful towards students. Students are free to contact them anytime, anywhere. The placement department of the college is the best part of GIT College.

A better place to study, but not recommended for placement.

Placements: It's quite good but not up to the mark. For better placement, you should prepare by yourself. The highest package our college achieved in 2017 is 4 LPA, and if we talk about the average package, it will be 2-2.5 LPA. In 2017, roughly around 70-75% students got placed.
