Dissatisfied with infrastructure. But there are good placements.

Placements: Our senior students got placements in good companies with an average salary package more than the previous years. Even our batch got the various internships and others event participation timely from our placement cell. Even the placement cell conducts various events and workshops to help students improve their knowledge. They also allow them to know about various other courses to opt as one's career.

Overall, it is an above average college for arts stream.

Placements: Placements are provided to the third-year students in their last semester. Internship offers are provided to the first year and second-year students from well-known companies. The college provides industry exposure and good learning opportunities to the students.

I am satisfied with the curriculum, college environment, etc.

Placements: There are not many core placement opportunities after B.Sc. course. However, placements are always available for posts like marketing, HR, etc. You can always go for these options. Reputed companies like Wipro also visit the campus for placements but getting placed depend only on your abilities. The salary package varies in between 3 LPA to 7 LPA.

Honest review of gargi college.

Placements: Students are placed only once they have completed their third year or are currently in their last semester. Most of the first year students get internships in their first semester. The students have a pool of options to apply for internships. Our placement cell offers a huge variety of opportunities to everyone.

The college provides good faculty and environment.

Placements: Placements for botany (Hons) are very few. They offer a salary package of 3-6 LPA. There are a few placement opportunities for the science department. Companies like EY GDS, KPMG India, Amazon, etc., offered placements to the students. The highest salary package offered by these companies is 8-12 LPA for the role of business operational consultant.

Placements: Overall the placement cell in our college is quite active. Students got an internship which they keenly looked forward. Placements were good in the year 2018-19. The placement cell provides different kinds of internship opportunities for the students.

The college gives full freedom to express yourself as a supportive union.

Placements: Many companies offer placement opportunities throughout the year, especially for commerce students. Placement drives are rarely organised for science students as the companies look for experience at the time of hiring science students. However, there are a huge number of internships available for the students of all courses to gain experience in various fields.

Every coin has two sides.

Placements: Average companies come. They offer you good packages. More good companies should come. You have to score decent enough to sit for the placement. Interviews are taken. Jobs are offered to the deserving ones. Many of my seniors have got the best of jobs.

The college has beautiful vibes which motivate a person to do its best.

Placements: A large number of organisations recruited students from our senior batch this year. About 35 organisations like In Shorts, E&Y, KPMG, NIIT, Wipro, India Today Group, Amazon, UrbaClap, Career Innovations, Capital IQ, Print Octopus, Willis Towers Watson, ARK Foundation, etc., visited our college. Review of Gargi College. The placement cell of our college is good.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is good. But, it depends on your performance. No one will inform you regarding placements. You have to do internships and apply yourself. Placements for commerce and economics departments are good.

Gargi shaped my world. It is a reservoir of opportunities that one can grab.

Placements: Placements are quite good in my college. The college makes sure that at least more than 50 percent students get placed in reputed organizations. This year, more than 80 students got placed in big 4 MNCs. The highest package that our college has provided was of 7.1 Lacs + incentives. Companies like Ernest and Young, KPMG, Delloite, Evaluserve, NIIT, Oberoi hotels, ITC LTD. , Dell etc. visited our college campus. The lowest package that our college has offered was of 2.5 Lacs p. a. the roles that ...

Gargi has alot of improvements to be done but I want content and happy with my 3 years in Gargi.

Placements: There were limited companies particularly for our course. Also, there was not much variety in the job profile. Many companies which came previous year did not come this year. Although, the companies which were present, were renowned ones. The packages for same company and same job profile varied in our college and other co-ed colleges.

UGC affiliated college and experienced teachers.

Placements: Placements were good for my batch and senior batches as well. Around 40% of students got placed. The highest - 8 lacs p. a, the lowest - 2.5 lacs p. a, Average- 4 lacs p. a EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Zomato were majors companies visited campus. They were offering Analyst profile in global centre and researcher role. College doesn't provide internship to students. There is a placement cell in college which arranges campus placement for students and it's quite effective.

Placements: Placement cell works for hundreds of students, and help them to find jobs in different leading companies. Placement cell also helps in internships and fellowships for the students from all the courses in the college. From our batch, approximately 30-40% of the students got placed in well-renowned companies.

Gargi College was a satisfactory experience, but definitely, North campus colleges have a glory.

Placements: There is a separate placement cell developed in our college. It ensures that there is maximum participation of companies in our college to offer placements to the students. They conduct seminars at least 4 times in 2 months which are really helpful for our growth and knowledge. Big four companies like KPMG, Deloitte, etc., visited the campus. For the first year students, placements are restricted to small internships. The second and third-year students get more opportunities as they have better ...

Placements: Placements are mostly available for commerce and humanities courses and not for science courses because most of the companies are related to marketing and sales profiles which prefer commerce students. Companies which have visited the campus include Evalueserve, Ernst and Young, Genpact, KPMG, etc. There is a placement cell in the college which informs students about various companies that visit the campus for placements. Except for the lack of placements, there was nothing dissatisfying in the college.

Placements: There were no placements for our course, neither for our batch nor our senior batch. As a student, I would consider this as a major drawback when you are not given the appropriate opportunity to have a good future in your field.
