It is the best college for our career.
Placements: Approximately 60 students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, while the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Many companies like Jio, Airtel, Mahindra, Swaraj, etc., visit our college for placements. Our college offers many courses. Many students from our college get selected in many companies.
Infrastructure: Our campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, and the entire infrastructure is very good. All labs and workshops are available, and all classrooms are very neat and clean. The library is also the best, and also lots of books are available in it to read. The hostel is also very good, and they provide better food for us.
Faculty: All the staff members here are very good. But some are bad as they abuse to students. However, all the staff members are knowledgeable, highly qualified and well behave with all students. They all are very kind and polite. The teaching style of all the staff members is very good. They also provide free coaching classes.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to be a junior engineer (JE). There is no projector in our classroom, so our college should provide it.

The infrastructure and faculty are very good.
Placements: Placements are not that good for all branches in the college. Only the students of the textile branch were placed successfully with an acceptable salary package. In our branch, some of my friends were placed, but they didn't join the company as they were offered a low salary package, i.e., 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA. All the companies which visit the college, offer the same salary packages and the students are not interested to join.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The campus is small when compared with the campuses of IITs, but the hostel is similar to the hostels in IITs and NITs. The campus is not too small, and it is spread over 164 acres. The new building which is under construction is excellent. If you look at the college after two years, you say that only some colleges in India will have this kind of infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty members in some branches like civil, mechanical, electronics and textile have many years of teaching experience, and they are well-qualified. Even in some other branches, some faculty members have many years of teaching experience.
Other: Every year, the college organises many fests and many events such as technical events, cultural events, drama, essay writing, Roadies and many other competitions.

In 2013, the placements were not good. The faculty and the infrastructure are good.
Placements: GZS College of Engineering is a government college. The placements for my batch were not good. A few companies visit the campus for the recruitments. Only a few students get the job at that time. Now, the college became the university, and I heard that the placements had been improved.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is average. The rooms are well-ventilated, which has the good furniture. There is plenty of greenery around the campus. The parking facility is good on the campus. Many canteens are offering good food to the students. The hostels are clean, and the rooms have the sufficient space. There are the separate buildings for the separate courses.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and there are enough in numbers. Almost, all the head professors are the PhD holders. The teaching quality is fair. There is the industry visit, but a few times only. The contract-based faculty members were not up to mark at that time because all the faculty members were freshers at that time.
Other: One annual fest and the other branch fests are held on the campus for the students. The campus is not far from the Bathinda city, and the campus is well-connected to the highway.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the staff behavior and operations.
Placements: It was a real waste of time and money. There was a selfish and uncaring staff. Here, paid placements were done just for the sake of the reputation, but a very few students got selected. Overall, it was just a fake formality done by the college as they are not at all concerned regarding the student's job or placements, They are just filling their own pockets and the bank accounts by conducting fraud placements.
Infrastructure: The main building of the campus is both old and authentic, yet it gives a really impressive look to the college. The building was constructed in 1947, but there occurred a lot of renovations afterwards. Also, hostels are very dirty and foods served over there were unhealthy and costly. The computer labs and libraries are one of the good features of the college as they both cover most of the resources required. The lecture halls and rooms are quite small and unhygienic, apart from the massive parks and playgrounds.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were well qualified, but in my course, most of the staff was not adequate and deserving. Here, most of the teachers were the ones who did post graduation from that college itself which accounts for the poor level of education and teaching offered here. Most of the teachers were unfriendly and under-qualified who instead of listening to our problems were just punishing us for asking questions to them.

I am satisfied because of staff members and the maximum number of placements in 2017.
Placements: Many companies visit our campus for campus placements, and a huge number of students get placements during campus placements. Highly-paid companies like MRF, CEAT and Mahashakti also visit our campus every time for placements. Students get placements according to their knowledge.
Infrastructure: The campus is situated on outskirts of the city and covers a huge area with well-ventilated buildings and different sports grounds for different sports. Campus and hostel are connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet. All labs and classroom are very good in quality, and they are equipped with the latest technology. Quality of food in the canteen is very good.
Faculty: All the teachers here are very helpful during our course. They all are highly qualified according to their course, and they have a good quality of knowledge in their field. They use the latest techniques and methods to teach students, and on the different interval of time, students are taken for industry exposure.
Other: Many events are held in our college campus like youth festival, intercollege sports meet, etc.
