Placements: Around 50-60% of students from computer science branch are getting placed by college placements. This college is bringing mostly service-based companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. Students are also getting internship opportunities at this college.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good. The food in the hostel mess is average. Total campus including hostels has 5G Wi-Fi. Sports activities are good. Many clubs are available. Multigym is available with a good trainer. Courses are very much industry-relevant as AI is booming. My branch is AIML and career growth in this is good.
Faculty: Teachers are good and they teach in a very good teaching style. They care about every student. Exams are very strict here. The questions are moderate and most are from the class notes even in competitive exams. The questions are from teachers' class notes and are overall good.

Overall college is very good and helpful for our future.
Placements: Placements are very good here. I am so happy to see the placement process. Almost 80-85% of students are getting placed with good amount of income money. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month. I am looking forward to 2027 to get a good job. Even college faculty members help us a lot during placement section.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good. In hostel, free Wi-Fi is there. Hostel facilities are overall good. In hostel, medical facilities are also there as well as sports equipment are available. Labs and classrooms are air-conditioned. Lab is very good and all computers are working properly.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They are very helpful, well-learned, and have good experience. Teachers encourage students a lot. Teachers also teach us about human values and employability skills. They also teach us how to speak proper English and how to behave as a good student. Teachers of all the courses are separately distributed but all teachers are helpful when needed.
Other: GITA also gives equal importance to sports and events. It also provides scholarships to students.

Very good college for engineering in Odisha.
Placements: Semester students are eligible for campus placement. Previously, many companies came for hiring, but nowadays, few companies come. Most companies are providing sales and marketing jobs. This year, approximately 50% of students were placed, with an average package of 5 Lacs per annum. The college provides internships and IV visits. The college has taken students for IV visits to companies like NALCO, Tata Steel, CTTC, and many more. The teachers help a lot with making the projects. Both core and IT projects are done here.
Infrastructure: Hostel fees is INR 65,000. In the 1st year, the warden stays with the students for both boys and girls. From the 2nd year onwards, in the boys' hostel, there is no warden staying with them. But in the girls' hostel, each hostel has a warden. Food quality is very poor. Only 3 students stay in one room. Eligibility for the course is 60% in 12th Science. This college asks to pay 10,000 Rs advance to book your seat in the college. There is no cut-off mark in the college. Most students gain admission by paying extra money. I must say GITA Autonomous College has a very beautiful library and an excellent librarian. Everyone literally loves the GITA library. It consists of every book, literally every book, that students like to read. In the library, there is also a cinematic hall that is not less than any Inox. Every year, there is a cultural fest for 7 days, which is very exciting for every student.
Faculty: On the basis of effectiveness and qualifications, our professors are great. Professors try to make the students comfortable in the class and behave very friendly. GITA provides mentors to each student to discuss any problem with them. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60. Most teachers come to the class with their papers and teach with the help of their papers. If any student asks any cross-questions, the teacher solves those questions in the next class, not in the same class. As GITA College follows BPUT, the syllabus of each semester covers everything that is necessary for every B.Tech student. As I am in the 5th semester, I have learned Java, Python, Advanced Python, and DSA (not so much). They arranged these subjects in such a way that there will be no pressure for any student.

Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed through on-campus placements. Most of the service-based companies come for placements. Our college provides internships to CSE students and other circuital branches. Only a few civil students got internships.
Infrastructure: The total campus is 24/7 Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel is good enough. The quality of the hostel food is not very nice. The food court is good. We have a good ambiance. The infrastructure is advanced for study.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They have a very nice teaching style. Notes are very nice. All questions are from teachers' notes in competitive exams. The college exams are very good but conducted very strictly. The course is very industry-relevant.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about making buildings and all these construction of the sites and everything. My father belongs to a real estate.

Gita in my view is okay in this fee range.
Placements: Around 77% of students were placed last year in my branch and it's about on-campus placement. I guess the highest was 9 LPA last year; the list was 2.75LPA, and they were giving an average package of approximately 4 LPA. Companies like advent, Capgemini, Citrix, cognizant, hinduja, infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Byju's are the top recruiters Some of the students are doing internships at Prepgard and Cognizant, though I am not that sure but it's around 60% of people who have gotten an internship. The top roles offered in this so far are consultant, academic consultant, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average for this price range I will say, Wi-Fi is damn good, though I am not satisfied for classroom infrastructure, but it is improving day by day They've also installed new smart boards. The library is peaceful. Our hostel have good Wi-Fi connection but it's food is not upto our expectations; they have a pharmacist here for any casualty. Sports and games are not that celebrated here but they send players outside to play .
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well qualified but you can't guarantee that everyone will be the same. The course and curriculum are okay but not top-notch. In this matter I will say they have to work a bit more. It's totally up to the students; they are capable of self-learning because they are not that pro in making students industry-ready. It's very hard. Pass percentage depends upon the subjects. But it ranges from 50 to 80%.
Other: I just wanted CSE but I saw there are some seats in this, which is a demanding course so I just enrolled .

A Deep Dive into Gita Autonomous College.
Placements: College has the minimum salary offered during placements. Companies that regularly recruit from the course are TCS, WIPRO, etc. Roles such as Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Marketing Associate, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc., depending on the course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are not well-equipped with modern teaching aids like projectors, smart boards, and the benches are not comfortable for seating. Average-speed internet connectivity is available on campus for students and lectures. Regular cleaning and maintenance of hostels and bathrooms are not well and it's very bad.
Faculty: The level of qualifications, such as PhDs, industry certifications, M.Tech, IIT professors, MBA, and the experience the teachers have in their fields, is good. Exams are challenging, not easy. There are not many facilities for sports or extracurricular activities for students.
Other: Our batch year is 2022-2026, and the name of the course is Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science in Data Science.
