Our college is good in terms of education.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Reliance, Amazon, etc. Around 50-60% of students got internships. Our college provides average placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are non-air-conditioned. The hostel is unhygienic. The food served in the mess is not good. The girls' hostel is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. They interact either in English or Odia which can be a problem for students who are from outside Odisha. They don't speak much Hindi. Semester exams are moderate, but it depends on the teachers.
Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to do a master's degree in data science. It is a good department.

Review of Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement.
Placements: Around 100% of students get placed in our branch. The highest salary package offered in our course is 12 LPA, the average salary package is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL, Capgemini, Wipro, etc. Many students get internships in our course on various online sites.
Infrastructure: Our department has smart classrooms which are very well maintained. Wi-Fi labs are available. Labs contain more computer systems to accommodate many students. Hostel facilities provided in our college are good and rooms are cleaned regularly. Attached bathrooms are available and Wi-Fi throughout the day except during college hours. The food served is good and tasty. The quantity served is enough. Pharmacists are available to provide medical facilities. Badminton, cricket, kabaddi, table tennis, and football are played in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful for academic-related queries. They are highly qualified from recognised institutions and are well experienced. Their teaching quality is good which is easily understandable as they teach in a simple language. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry ready. Semester exams are tough but are easy if students study the notes provided by faculty members. The pass percentage is 78%.
Other: I chose this course because it has much scope for tech students as it is in demand. Training time should be increased and more practical skills should be provided to students. Our college organises an annual fest every year. The surroundings of our college are good. Many scholarships are provided. Transport facilities are available to the outskirts of the city.

Gita in my view is okay in this fee range.
Placements: Around 77% of students were placed last year in my branch and it's about on-campus placement. I guess the highest was 9 LPA last year; the list was 2.75LPA, and they were giving an average package of approximately 4 LPA. Companies like advent, Capgemini, Citrix, cognizant, hinduja, infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Byju's are the top recruiters Some of the students are doing internships at Prepgard and Cognizant, though I am not that sure but it's around 60% of people who have gotten an internship. The top roles offered in this so far are consultant, academic consultant, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average for this price range I will say, Wi-Fi is damn good, though I am not satisfied for classroom infrastructure, but it is improving day by day They've also installed new smart boards. The library is peaceful. Our hostel have good Wi-Fi connection but it's food is not upto our expectations; they have a pharmacist here for any casualty. Sports and games are not that celebrated here but they send players outside to play .
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well qualified but you can't guarantee that everyone will be the same. The course and curriculum are okay but not top-notch. In this matter I will say they have to work a bit more. It's totally up to the students; they are capable of self-learning because they are not that pro in making students industry-ready. It's very hard. Pass percentage depends upon the subjects. But it ranges from 50 to 80%.
Other: I just wanted CSE but I saw there are some seats in this, which is a demanding course so I just enrolled .

Review of GITA - Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement.
Placements: In our college, more than 60% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit our campus. Students with more than 8 CGPA can get good scholarships.
Infrastructure: Our college facilities are good. In every lab, we have Wi-Fi and it is good enough for downloading anything. The best thing about college is that it provides us with an NPTEL ID and a pass to gain more knowledge or improve ourselves.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are excellent. They will guide you well to get a job. Teachers are very well at teaching except for some teachers who are freshers. Our teachers have experience and some of them are doing their Ph.D. Semester exams are quite tough, but they can be easily passed if you study hard. There is no chance of cheating because teachers thoroughly examine you. Smartwatches are not allowed in the examination hall. Faculty members can be extremely helpful in determining the career path you want to take.
Other: I chose this course because I thought that the computer science branch had a lot of scopes. I chose data science as a sub-branch of computer science.

Life Lessons: Campus Editions.
Placements: Our college offers about 80% placement, with an average salary of 3.6 LPA per year. The highest placement was 12 LPA last year. From the sixth semester, students appear for campus placements and are made company-ready. Top recruiting companies include Wipro, Honeywell, IBM, TCS, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infinite Computer Solutions, Deloitte, and ITC Infotech.
Infrastructure: The library boasts an impressive collection of over 30,047 books and 70 national and international journals. The institute also has subscriptions to e-journals like ScienceDirect, ASTM, and Delnet. The library features an air-conditioned reading area, separate for boys and girls, and is open for 12 hours. The institute provides sports and other activities, with large playgrounds and separate courts for basketball, volleyball, cricket, and football. Students can access Wi-Fi at the campus through Sify and Jio at 100 Mbps. Anwesha, our annual fest, is a grand festival organized every February, featuring music, drama, and art clubs, along with robotics and automobile clubs. The hostel facility often provides information about rented accommodations and recent activities. The food quality is average, but the hostels are affordable, so these aspects are often overlooked.
Faculty: GITA Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar, organizes regular programs for interactions between academia and industry. Faculty members are encouraged to attend short-term and faculty development programs. Guest lectures are arranged periodically based on availability. The faculty is talented and experienced, with various teachers for each subject across 10 to 12 branches. Exams are conducted strictly, with teachers providing guidance and evaluation to identify students' weaknesses.
Other: This year, I will be paying 100,000 rupees, having already paid 95,000 of my total fees. For day scholars, the fee is 130,000 rupees as they don't pay for hostels. We also have scholarships based on merit, and the college collaborates with government and private scholarship schemes to provide opportunities for applicable students. Students can access the internet at 100 Mbps throughout the campus. Various competitions are conducted by the clubs, and sessions are organized to disseminate knowledge and skills in popular areas, including hobby clubs that focus on photography, robotics, and music, as well as literary interests.
