Overall, it is a great college for everything.

Faculty: The faculty members are literally awesome. If you have a real interest in the course, the faculty will help you with everything you need. Semester exams are difficult, but you can pass with a little effort. But it's not about the group you choose. You can learn many things in the college.

The college has good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful. They don't confine knowledge to lectures and material. They provide overall development through discussions and highly relevant examples. They take care of every student. They explain concepts in some of the most interesting ways possible.

GSHS is a better place to study arts and humanities.

Faculty: B.A. faculty members here are highly knowledgeable, experienced and well versed with the subjects. Most of them have a PhD from prestigious universities. They teach us through practical examples and assignments. They act as mentors rather than professors.

There are very good faculty members and infrastructure.

Faculty: Lecturers of our department are very understanding. Almost all of them have their PhDs from other reputed universities. They are super helpful in clearing doubts or giving career guidance and its related issues. The best part of our university is the lecturers of our department.

GSHS is a new institute to choose for arts and humanities.

Faculty: Our batch is the experimental batch. Many courses are introduced now, and the scope for choice of choosing courses has increased since the college has started this course first. The course structure has been updated to better, and it is more enjoyable with new teaching practices. Faculty members are supportive and follow a student-centric approach and are always friendly.

GITAM is really a student-friendly college.

Faculty: All our faculty members are very highly educated and helpful. They clear doubts even in situations other than the course curriculum and provide us with additional information. Most part of the curriculum is relevant to the course except for some topics which do not match. The quality of teaching is very good here.

It has a good infrastructure, great faculty and amazing life. There is little scope for improvement.

Faculty: All faculty members here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most of them are quite experienced and eager to share not only knowledge related to the course but also discuss things extending beyond the course to real-world situations. I had an amazing time with the faculty members here. We had really engaging discussions about academics. Sometimes, we even would go to the canteen together and talk about our personal lives. The coursework and curriculum were quite relevant to the field and ha...

GITAM isn't what it appears at first glance.

Faculty: There is little to complain about the faculty. The teachers are all sweet and since my batch is a small group, we had the opportunity to get to know our teachers personally. I remember going for coffee with them, them showing me pictures of their babies, and simply having a good time discussing subjects in class. We have engaging debates in classrooms about interpretations of literature and about the politics behind it. It also helps to have a good rapport with the teachers in case you need help...

Is it really a place to grow? I say NO!

Faculty: The faculty is then even better than the cousre and the condition of the University. They do teach us well but there's no point in it because we do not have our labs ready, though we are in our 3rd year, we didn't get that opportunity. For our elective subjects, other department faculty members come and teach us and that too, not seriously. So, in case a student took a different subject in the elective, they are asked to drop that off, which according to me, is not fair at all as every student's...
