It is a nice college, with good facilities and good accommodation facilities. Otherwise, the college is poor in general. It is not that great in studies also. Even the rules are very strict. However, the faculty members are extremely good. The college should develop more facilities though. The hostel rules are strict but the hostel is good. The hostel fee is very high, being close to rupees 72,000.

Faculty is good. Do not expect any placements. We guys can say it as a school instead of college. Uniform was irritating. Principal is not good he don’t even understand students’ problems he just cares about money. No educational tours no proper placement training canteen ambiance is good where is food please don’t think about it.

I join this college because its one of those institutions with a very good reputation and provides great infrastructure in the North Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The management genuinely strives to maintain world class standards and provide the best possible learning environment. Further, the college is funded by the GMR Varalakshmi foundation, a part of the CSR wing of GMR group, meaning that the profit motive is comparatively low. Let me outline the pros and cons for this institution: Pros: 1. Grea...

I am satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Above 65% is the placement criterion. The highest package offered in our course (electronics and communication) is 6 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture. Students without backlogs can get internships from our course.

Review of GMR Institute of Technology - GMRIT.

Placements: Less percentage of students got placements during our tenure, i.e., 40% of the students. The highest salary package offered here is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Around 7 companies offer placements here for our course. The role offered here is an analyst. There were no internship offers during our tenure.

It's a good college with satisfactory education and faculty.

Placements: Placements are pretty good, and almost 75% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 8 LPA. The internship provided to all students with backlogs with the stipend provided is up to Rs. 7,000 per month. Very few people and some people don't even get the stipend.

The college infrastructure is good, but the education provided by the college is the worst.

Placements: GMRIT was not like a college, but it was like a school. The companies visited the college were worst like call centre jobs, sales and startup companies, which offered a package of Rs. 8,000 per month.
