Great campus, great experience. The faculty was just awesome. One faculty member who had max impact on us was Mirchi. Since there were students from various streams experience the levels and the learning was holistic. The new campus has excellent infrastructure and facilities and would rate it one of the best in the country.
Entirely student run campus equips future managers with right set of skills they need. The student life is amazing and the facilities provided are of too quality. Have a group of decent faculties with good industrial experience. The students get to work with various clubs throughout the 2year tenure at GIM.
The college is good, excellent facilities in the new campus in Sanquelim. Judging from latest pictures shared, these have further developed. A lot of student have driven initiatives during my 2 years there which taught me as much as the courses. Some professors are good.
Good Placements, Awesome campus, decent diversity. College is trying really hard to mark its presence on the international forum. Distant with the Industry, hence lesser live projects and industrial visits exist. College has initiated its MDP programme to bridge that gap.
Pros: 1) Qualified and friendly faculty to learn from 2) State of the art infrastructure (Finance Lab, Cloud based data management systems and all WIFI campus) 3) Very good placements with 100% students placed as per past 3 year trends. Cons: 1) Fees are on the higher side. Plan finances and liabilities accordingly. 2) Location of campus is on top of hill in North West area of Goa. Getting to all the fun parts of Goa (beaches etc.) can be tedious at times.
An amazing place to study. The methodology of teaching is very modern, and handled by very experienced and knowledgeable faculty. The students here are very enthusiastic and serious at the same time, which helped me a lot to develop as an individual and as a team player as well as a team leader. The physical setting of GIM is also extremely beautiful.
Goa institute of management has world class infrastructure including cashless payment system, indoor badminton, swimming pool, football ground, gym, and a huge multipurpose hall for various events. Student hostels are lavish with all the amenities including Wi-Fi, ac etc. Also the mess food and college hostel has been very good. The college being located in Goa is one of the beauty at its place.
Perhaps one of the best colleges which offers healthcare management. It offers diverse options to the students who aims at shaping their career in the field of healthcare, be it medical device industry, pharma, public health, hospitals, IT, or healthcare consulting. Our college invites faculty from all over India to share their knowledge.
Particularly good in Systems and Marketing. Nice library. Good IT back bone. Wi-Fi enabled. Needs to be strong in operations area. I can’t comment on HR as I am not well acquainted with the subject and the fac. Marketing has some really good faculty. But brand management course needs to be.
Particularly good in Systems and Marketing. It has a nice library. It also has a good IT back bone. Wi-Fi enabled. Needs to be strong in operations area. Quality is one of the best, better than even the best of the B-Schools as we have got 4-5 permanent faculties who are Fellows (Ph.D.) from IIM’s.
