Placements: The college has a low placement for core branches i.e. mechanical, electrical and civil. Only a few companies like Tata Technologies, Bajaj Auto Pvt Ltd, Fiat, L&T Construction and Reliance usually visit the campus for core branches. Companies like Cognizant and Wipro are mass recruiters for the college but from last year, these companies also recruited a few number of students. Hella Automotive usually visited the campus. But in short, the placement of college has reduced from 2013 prominently ...
Placements: Civil students are placed in companies like Hassan Jumma Bakers, Gammon India, L&T Construction and so on. We have a fair placement record and the package offered is 5-6 lacs. Reliance Cement comes for girl students and the university entry scheme can also be an option.
Placements: 60-70% for CS/IT branches Electrical/ mechanical/ civil - 15% max. Electronics - 15% max core placements Don't expect to get core jobs easily here. Of course, most of the E&TC/ELPO students apply for IT jobs and are placed too. But don't expect Google, Microsoft or Intel here in centuries!
Placements: The placement session was very good for the batch of 2015-16. A total of 391 offers was made for B.Tech and M.Tech graduates. This indicates that 89.67% students got offers out of 436 campus eligible students. A total of 30 corporate companies from core and software sector visited our campus. A highest of 7.00 lakhs per annum compensation package was offered by recruiters with an average of 3.98 lakhs per annum. Apart from this, the institute conducts various industrial visits and provides inter...
Placements: The college is well known for its placements. Mostly for computer science and IT, there are 100% placements. But this is not the case with other branches. Every year, Cognizant and Wipro are our main campus companies along with some other companies. But this year, we had very little placement through campus. So we needed to go for open campus interviews as well and students did well in that. The credit for it goes to student development program which is being organized in the summer between thi...
Placements: The companies that visited our campus are Cognizant, Gade Global, Ion Exchange, Cybage, Tech Mahindra, 3D PLM, Global Logic for the computer science branch. The highest package offered to our campus is 4.5 lac per annum and the average salary is 3 lac per annum. The placement for our seniors batch is as good as our batch. The placement of computer science student is above 75 percent but it is not same for the other branches.
Placements: About 50 students among 60 are placed from our batch. The highest package was 4.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Following companies have visited the campus for the computer branch: Cognizant, Zade Global, L&T, (TechLink, Excellon, Global Logic, Tudip, TechM, Bitwise, Zensor, Bigzense, Cybage, TCS)(off-campus). All the students will get the role of Associate Trainee and some companies offer the post of Associate Software Engineer. Only 5 students from our branch got the internship from the col...
Placements: The placements are awesome in our college if you are comparing it with the other colleges in Amaravati, but if you are trying to compare it with others, it is too poor. Some of the companies ignore our college. The reason behind this is still unknown. The placements for the senior batches were awesome, and more than expected, but now for our batch, it is too poor.
Placements: The placement is good only for computer science. Usually, 90-95 % got placements(CS). This year, it was 80%(CS). The college is not good for internships. I got an internship offer but I was not allowed to go. Because you must have 75% attendance to appear for the exam. No one ever goes for the internship from BTech. The highest package is 4 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA and the average is 3 LPA.
Placements: For electrical, not more than 2-3 companies come but for an IT industry, there is a lot of scope for placements. Almost 80-85% of students get placements. The highest package might vary but it could be 5.5 LPA. The lowest is around 2.9 LPA and the average salary is around 3.5 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, L&T, CMES, Thermax etc visited for placements.
Placements: Overall placement for ENTC is 80%. Some 10-12 companies visit for EC people. 5-6 people get placements in the core. Cognizant and Wipro hire 30-40 people from the class every year. Placement of the overall college is about 70-75%. Civil Branch doesn't have much placements but the faculty for civil is pretty good.
Placements: Placement for 2015 Batch was approx 40%. But unfortunately, for the 2016 batch, it lowered down to 25%. But a number of students got selected were placed in reputed companies such as L&T construction, Shapoorji Palonji, Reliance Retail, HJB Oman. The highest package offered was 5.8 lakh by HJB Oman and all the selected students got the offer letter within 2-3 months after completion of the degree. The details mentioned above are only about the civil core companies visiting our college. The pla...
Placements: The college has a good ecosystem for placement and exposure to the internship. The highest package was 6.75 lpa by Nvidia, average being 4.3 lpa and lowest being 3.45 lpa. Main companies visiting our campus are Cognizant, Hella, Wipro, Global Logic, Fiat, Bajaj and others. The placement percentage is 91% and non core branches are having nearly whole batch placement.
It’s better to take admission in any NIT which is above top 100+ rank rather than this college. The college is improving its status in teaching, placements and in infra too. It is providing good hostel facility from this year, 2016. The placements are good for CS, IT and ENTC, near about 90%+. If we talk about the core branch, companies which come for placements are really good but they select only few applicants and offers good packages in the beginning. If you want to pursue your education in ...
I have studied Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering College. Since, it comes under Directorate of Technical Education, the fee structure is so cheap so that everyone can easily afford. The faculty is very good. We had a lot of experienced professors who also had a very good affiliation with various industries. Whenever we go to different good industries, people from those industries always ask about our professors. Though, when I studied there it was in its starting stage and the bui...
College is very nice. Very helpful staff, they teach very nice. Library facility is awesome. My branch was Instrumentation engineering, I have learned many new things . We had gone through different practicals, which helped me to understand the subject. It's very nice college. I will recommend to everybody.
It’s a good college. It has good hostel life and good placement opportunities. The faculty is not that good, but fees are low. College location is good .Amaravati is the nice place with all facilities. Other activities like cultural, sports and Techfest are good. Library is awesome.
I studied in Electronic and telecommunication. We were having best resource and exposure to our study and other curriculum activities too. Unfortunately we were having average facilities, focusing on theory part. Very inspiring and motivating college culture. In short students run the college with the help of faculty.
Still d Best ranked college for engineering in Vidarbha region but needs lot of improvement in all aspects like faculty, infrastructure etc. When compared to other colleges in the state. And From the point of view of fees, I would definitely say it’s better as compared to other private colleges.
Best college in Amravati region, and also a very good and well known government institute of engineering in Maharashtra. It is an autonomous institute of engineering, and had a wide campus. This is one of the best government autonomous college of engineering and technology in Maharashtra.
