Review of Government Engineering College, Barton Hill.

Placements: Most of the students who don't have any backlogs got placed in various companies from the IT sector. Students who sit for interviews are provided with brief knowledge about the interview by teachers. Our seniors told this as I am in a 2nd-year student.

This is a good college with a good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: There were immensely a great number of placements for students. But this year, the trend had changed. It was because most of the companies approaching were from the IT sector. Our college had a good placements drive.

The college is satisfactory on an overall basis.

Placements: Around 4 to 5 companies visit here for placements for each department every year. Most of the students get placed in TCS or other IT companies, but there are no core companies except very few. For internships, we often depend on outward sources, but students will get support from our professors.
