Placements: The college is located in a little bit distance from the nearby town, and the number of students is low, so companies usually do not prefer to visit the campus for placements. Since three more branches have been introduced recently, companies have started visiting. Students do get placements from other off-campus drives. More than 70% of the students get placed through such campus drives.
Placements: Placements were few for our batch and more for our seniors. On-campus placements were very less in number. Most of the chances we got were through off-campus placement drives. Companies that visited our campus were mainly IT related and not core companies. I believe only 10-25% of the students in our batch got placed. The salaries we expected at those times were around 2-4 LPA. I don't remember internship opportunities being provided while we were studying. It was mandatory to go for either indu...
Placements: The placement rate of the college is increasing every year. In the year 2015, around 35% of students got placed through campus placement. The number of students in an academic year is less when compared to other colleges. The companies are not accepting to fix this as a placement point. Hence, students need to go to the nearby placement location.
Placements: Placements for our batch were not much good. But, the following batch had good placements, and many students got placed in MNCs. The college has a placement cell which looks after the placements well. It is useful for students. I don't know about the percentage of students getting placed, I guess it was more than 50%. A good package of around 3 lacs per annum was offered.
Placements: Since our college is situated at Sreekrishnapuram, it takes a lot of time for a company to reach our campus from Palakkad as well as Shornur. Most of the companies visit and recruit the students from NSS Engineering College Palakkad because it's next to Palakkad city. So, a less number of companies visit our college. 90% of my seniors and our batchmates got placed in various companies through off-campus interviews. After 2015, our college's placement cell become more active, and 30-35% of the st...
Placements: I haven't got any campus placements as I had a backlog. During my time, the placements weren't that much active. So, the students have to go to NSS Engineering College for pool placements, which was a burden at that time. Now, I think the situations have changed, and students are getting placements, not all but better than my time.
Placements: Seniors got better placements as 70% students got placed. The highest salary was 10 lacs/annum, the average was 3.5 lacs/annum and the lowest is 2.8 lacs/annum. 60% students got the internship. Yahoo, Bosch, EKLM, Rolls-Royce took placements last year. Also, companies like BPCL Reliance Petroleum and IT companies like Accenture and TCS selected students from our college.
Placements: Mainly students are placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, UST Global, Infosys, IBM etc. A few got placements with core engineering companies. The majority are going for higher education. Off-campus placements are there too. The average pay scale is usually 3-4 LPA.
Placements: Around 45% of students are placed in this year. Minimum package is 25LPA and max package is got 4.5LPA. Placement are less compare to other colleges and placement companies are looking more over than skilled students. College doesn't provide any skilled course
Placements: Placements are very poor. Even for CS and IT, none of the companies came to our college. Core branches have the lowest placement. I am in electrical. None of my classmates had been placed in core companies. Only a few of them got placed in software companies. For computer-related branches, half of them got placed, but the average LPA is very low, close to 2.5 Lacs. Overall, placements are very poor.
Placements: 80percent students who have completed their are placed in top companies depending upon their skills and course knowledge. Companies like infosys cognizant.. Etc have been recruited . Vast Varieties of companies have been offered interniship workshop for this course.
Placements: This year the number of placements was less than previous years. So the number of students placed was also less . About 25 out of 66 students in our class got placed.Highest package was 6 Lpa and lowest about 3 Lpa. L&T , Cognizant ,Qburst , Tata Elxsi etc was some of the companies that came for campus placements.Intern students are less as they were not interested as interns.
Placements: Our college provides fewer placements for mechanical engineering students. Placements are average for circuit branches. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The salary packages are good.
Placements: Placements were for students from CS and IT as the mechanical branch was in its initial days. There were no placements for mechanical students. Majority of them didn't get any campus placements and went for higher education or went for competitive exams.
Placements: The highest 12 LPA, the lowest 2 LPA and Average 3.5 LPA was offered. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Experion, HCL, Litmus, IBM, Kfas, ULTS, Global Logic, Amazon, Federal Bank are the top recruiters. Almost 75% of students were placed. Software developer, Quality Analyst, Assistant System Engineer, Software tester are the top roles offered..
Placements: An average of 75% students are getting placements in each year from Computer science and information technology. Comparatively less placements from EEE, ECE, and Mech. TCS, infosys, BYJU'S, pooranam are main companies offering placements. Majority are software companies.
