Our college has a huge and beautiful campus.
Placements: About 68% of students got placed in our college. The placement rate of the mechanical branch is very high. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 7 LPA - 7.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for B.Tech are L&T and TCS. Core and non-core companies visit our college to recruit our course students. The top role offered is a software engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college has a 5-storeyed huge library with proper Wi-Fi and furniture to boost your interest. All labs are not good in our department. They don't have the proper equipment. There are no teachers in labs. Regular classes are held in normal classrooms which have green boards and single-seated chairs. Those chairs are not good in condition. Our department has 2 conference rooms with ICR boards for proper learning. The food served in the mess is not good. You get a lot of variety in dishes. There is a private mess in the first year where you will get a lot of options. After the second year, the mess and hostel change, and food quality degrades. We have a lot of canteens in our college where students can have a lot of things. The hostel rooms are in good condition. Around 2 students can stay in each hostel room. Each room has a wooden table, a chair, a fan, and a bed. Fans are pre-installed in rooms. Students cannot stay in the summer. Our college has a huge stadium for all students. They can play all games in our college. our college has a basketball court and a large open area in front of every hostel. There is a central university hospital for checkups and emergencies where our college students can get treatment at low fees. The hospital doesn't have the equipment so you will get remedies for only ordinary fever and cold. Our college transfers you to some other hospital in Haldwani or Rudrapur in case of any emergencies.
Faculty: Our department teachers are not much good. Around 2 teachers teach more than 1 subject. The permanent professors are not good. You have to study the curriculum well to pass your prefinals and finals. The exam level depends on the teachers. They repeat the previous year's questions. Some teachers are not good. Many students fail exams. The pass percentage of our college is more than other IITs and NITs. The passing marks are 50%. Almost 85% of attendance is mandatory in our college.
Other: Our college conducts only a few fests. You can attend university fests also. Our college conducts a sports event named Spardha and an athletic meet. We have cultural events. You can get a scholarship of around Rs. 50,000 by applying through the NSP portal. If your JEE rank is good, you can get a tuition fee waiver. The hostel fee is Rs. 20,000. It also includes the mess charges.

Our college has an excellent environment, but its faculty members are not that good.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Around 30% to 40% of students get on-campus placements, depending on the course. Most students aim to crack GATE or focus on off-campus placements. There are options for internships in Srinagar.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of most of the departments is good, but the hostels are a bit outdated and need to be renewed. Water is available from 8 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 6 PM. The mess food is average. Wi-Fi facilities are provided in departments and some hostels.
Faculty: All faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Faculty members in some departments are rude and supportive, while others are very helpful. Examinations are challenging if you do not study properly.

A honest review of GBPEC.
Placements: The placement scenario is not very promising, averaging around 5–6 LPA, primarily in the field of computer science. The highest package is usually in the range of 8–10 LPA. Many students opt for higher studies or pursue M.Tech. ECE placements are limited, and details can be found on the GBPEC website, though they are generally subpar.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is above average but not outstanding. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards and projectors, each fitted with cameras. The library is decent, offering campus Wi-Fi. However, a major drawback is the library closure during holidays. The canteen facilities are considered average.
Faculty: The faculty is a mix, with some holding Ph.D. degrees and possessing good knowledge, while others may be knowledgeable but less engaging. Some teachers are perceived as boring, and a few are considered subpar. The syllabus is usually completed, and mid-term and end-term exams are conducted adequately. The difficulty level is moderate, and with proper study, most students manage to pass.
Other: While the course holds potential for the future, the college lacks notable festivals, and hostel life is rated below average.

Best college for Electronics and communication Engineering.
Placements: Students get around a package of 5 LPA. About 80-90% students get placed from our course. Top recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, etc. Each student is required to complete an internship for experience.
Infrastructure: The college has the best facilities and infrastructure. All the labs have Wi-Fi. There are digital classes and many facilities available in the college. Best rooms are there in the hostel and the food quality was awesome. Hospital facilities are present in the campus and 24*7 ambulance services are available. All the sports and games are available.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful and well educated. They have the best teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant and all the students become ready for the industry. Semester exams are not difficult in this college. A minimum of 60% students pass from our college. All the branch’s teachers are helpful and qualified.

Hi Rhitik, First of all the name GD Pant college of engineering is wrong, I guess you are talking about GB pant engineering college (GBPEC), Pauri Garhwal. If this is the college you are taking about then definitely BIT, Patna is a much better option.
