GMC offers a really good college life.

Placements: As it is a field of Medicine, self employment is a lot more compared to placements. Moreover, the students pursue PG post MBBS, so the number of students getting selected after giving NEET PG varies every year. They get a salary of almost 90000-100000 per month. Those who choose to do jobs based on MBBS, get around 70-80k per month and if you are working in the rural area, you’ll be paid around 90k. Placements are almost 100% in this college.

I would recommend students to join this college.

Placements: Some of the GMC students got placed in Fortis Hospital and other well-known hospitals. Faculty members are very good and they teach you how to be a good doctor rather than considering MBBS as a business. Many students got placed in reputed hospitals.

It is one of the best medical institutes in the country.

Placements: After MBBS, you can work as a medical officer and have a decent salary. You can even attempt NEET PG and join a post-graduation course. A good number of students from this college get a good PG seat. Postgraduates from this college easily find jobs in top hospitals.

It is a good college to take admission in.

Placements: The internship stipend is of INR 10,000/month after the final year MBBS exam. In our college, there is no such thing as a placement programme. But there is nothing to worry about, you can join as a resident medical officer in the JJ group of hospitals, which would fetch you a salary of around INR 60,000 per month.

Our college has great faculty members.

Placements: In MBBS, there are no placements. Most students join as medical officers in many areas around Maharashtra after MBBS, earning around Rs. 1,00,000 per month. Some students apply for PG NEET. We get internships for one year, for which we are paid Rs. 11,000 per month.

Placements: As it is a top government medical college in Maharashtra, all students get their future safe, and they got opportunities in top medical hospitals with good packages. The course helped me ease out my studies for PG preparation. The campus environment is safe and healthy so that students can conduct other curricular activities easily.

The college that changed my life, and I am proud to be the alumnus of Grant Medical College.

Placements: In MBBS, there is no concept of placements, but you can easily get a job as a medical officer in a government hospital if you have done MBBS from a good college. Approximately 10 LPA is the package offered to a medical officer. This salary varies from hospital to hospital. Internships are compulsory for every student of MBBS in a government college, and it gives you real exposure. Most of the MBBS students go for post graduation.

I am satisfied with the college and its study pattern.

Placements: Our course is such that the placements are about 100%. The salary package offered ranges 6-12 LPA. The procedure for placements is cumbersome but the outcome is worth it. Even our college provides different placement cell for different departments. Even they help the students in a good manner.

Best college for all round development.

Placements: If you are studying MBBS there is no issue of placement. Everything depends on your skills, how great doctor you become. One can start his/her General Practice or prepare for Specialisation. For PG entrance there is good enough atmosphere for preparation. And also, One have to complete the bond of rural service like every other government medical college.

Review on Grant Medical College.

Placements: The placements at our college are great. All the seniors (who are familiar to me), who completed the course are in great positions now. The placements are 100%. Each and every student completes their internship well. The college provides a good platform to write PG exams. The qualifying rate for PG exams is high.

Wanna succeed? Doors of GMC Mumbai are open for you !

Placements: In MBBS there are no placements so lets talk about MBBS passing rate and number of PG seats acquired by students from Grant medical college. So passing rate is almost 97 - 98 % which is very good, this tells about good academics of the college. In the preparation of NEET examination for PG, the number of students got eligible is good from this college but not as good as GS Medical college.

Don’t take an admission in our college if you are boring and annoying like the students of GS.

Placements: Our college is a great college for the students who are seeking admissions abroad. Our college provides the placements in the US and Russia. Usually, the government medical colleges have compulsory attendance, but our college believes in self-study. Therefore there is no such compulsion.

Don't come here if you don't want to succeed.

Placements: Once your final year is done, there is one year of internship for which we get a stipend, and after that, it's up to you to choose whether to continue studying or to get placed in a company. In further education, the better option is to give PG exam through which you can get a seat according to your rank and interest. This year, the topper of UPSC exam in Maharashtra (AIR-20) is from our college only.

I am impressed by my college. Very good faculty. It is a place that I love after my home.

Placements: Actually, it's a medical college, so there are no placements here. After completing the degree, we must do the internship in any government medical college. The government offered Rs. 7,000 per month as a stipend, while completing the internship. After the internship, there is MO ship in rural areas. For that, the government offers a stipend of Rs. 55,000. After that, you can complete your PG and get the job or start your own hospital.
