Review of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
Placements: Placements are not very high, but they are above average in our college. Many students get placed through the drive sessions. Major recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Airtel, and many more. Most companies hire for software engineering roles. But, some companies also hire for core branches.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite good and above average. Infrastructure of labs and classrooms is quite good. Overall, campus is very well maintained. Courses are also quite good. Many events are held on campus. Many multi-school and multi-college competitions also occur on campus.
Faculty: Overall, the faculty of my course is very good. The teaching methods of all teachers are amazing. They provide both theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject. Labs are also well maintained. Teachers are very cooperative and try to support students.

Good placements in 2023. Budget-friendly college with a good facility in Bachelor and Masters course
Placements: Around 40-50% of students from our course have secured placements. The highest salary package offered is 51 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5-2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Hitachi, Wipro, Accenture, Mahindra, Capgemini, and others. Around 20-40% of students secured internships in companies like Infosys, Mahindra, Swiggy R&D, and Data Security Team at our college. Top roles offered in our course are Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Project Manager, Software Manager, and Programmer. Placement opportunities are high in our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. There is a proper department for the library. Hostel management is good. The quality of food is regularly inspected by a food inspector. Students are provided with IDs to access Wi-Fi. There are dedicated labs for each course with attendants to manage them. Classrooms are fully ventilated with smart projectors and have proper curtains. Hostel room is spacious. The management of mess is good. Good quality food is served to students. Hostel has wardens and rules need to be followed by every student.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified in their respective fields and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Course is relevant, with a good future scope which makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult to some extent, but everything is covered in the class. Teachers teach every topic that could appear in the exams.
Other: This course has a great future scope, as the market demand in this field is increasing. It focuses on coding, and managing data, and provides many opportunities to explore companies and create websites, etc. To improve the course, they need to make it more scalable study-wise because this field requires more knowledge. College organizes numerous events and other colleges offer the connectivity intercollege cultural programs for participation. Scholarships are offered for students based on eligibility.

Do not take admission here; please have other options.
Placements: Not much placement opportunity in the college. No top MNC is reaching college for placements these days. The role offered is SDE1, or intern. The package is between 3 and 7 LPA. Internships are not offered by colleges; students have to find them themselves.
Infrastructure: Hostel quality is actually not that good. You will get a good hostel when you are in your first year, but after that, the quality of the hostel starts getting worse, and the food is the worst in the hostel. Also, there are not great events for hostels. The hostel seen by the girls is the worst.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is average, but some professors are really good and highly qualified and have research papers published, while others are not highly skilled, and most of them are contact-based. As the college is autonomous, the exams are prepared and checked in the college itself.

Highly recommended college.
Placements: For placements, a lot of companies conduct their interviews, and there are so many students who got placements. On average, the placement package is 3-4 LPA. Even a student from our college got a package of 51 LPA. It all depends on your abilities and knowledge; there are students who can't even crack the interviews, so just do your best!
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is really good; we have our own departmental library. As I'm a day scholar so I've listened to other students, hostel life is really good here. We have labs for each and every subject, and all the required equipment is present. Students have their personal IDs to use the Wi-Fi on campus, and the speed of the Wi-Fi, I can say, is average on some phones, but on others, it's good!
Faculty: Almost all the teachers are Ph.D. holders, and some are pursuing their Ph.D.s. They give us practical knowledge too. The exams are average, not too tough or not too easy. As I can say, a student can score a CGPA of more than 7 if he/she attends lectures carefully and understands the concepts. And if you want to score, you have to practice, as practice makes a man perfect!
Other: The two main events at this college are Apex and Anand Utsav, and these are really enjoyed by students. Further, a lot of events or seminars are conducted by societies, clubs, or departments, which are really informative.

Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
Placements: Approximately 40 percent of students got placements in good companies, while the rest are placed but not in their desired companies. The highest package is approximately 20 lakhs, and the lowest package is around 2 lakhs. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Honda, and HDFC Bank.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of this college are very good and well-developed, including buildings, labs, classrooms, and more. One downside is that while technical colleges typically have technical classrooms, this college has manual boards and lacks speakers in classrooms. The hostel and canteen facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and experienced, and their teaching methods are amazing. There are three exams: two minor tests and one major test held in college. All are levelled exams, with minor tests being worth 24 marks where the passing mark is 8, and major tests being worth 60 marks where the passing mark is 36.
Other: All core branches of this college are very good, with well-equipped lab facilities available. The campus is crowded because there are about 5,000 students in this college.

My honest review writing that I have experienced.
Placements: Placements are average in this college. Only two students got placed in the Electro and Communication Engineering 2023 batch; otherwise, all are wasted for placements. The highest package is around 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. I am not recommending this college for those students who are looking for placements after an immediate degree.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, clean, and green; colleges take care of facilities; everything that is required for students is also available; Wi-Fi is also available.; classrooms have a have a library; overall, everything is good. Good, all books are available in the library, but in limited amounts.
Faculty: It's 50-50. Some teachers are helpful and some are not; some teachers just come finish their lecture and go. If the syllabus is not completed in time, then it is the student's responsibility to complete the syllabus for the examination, and if you have failed the exam, then it's also your responsibility.
