Best Faculty, Better Placements and Excellent Cultural Committee and Extra Ciruculam Supporting .
Placements: GNDEC, Ludhiana, has a much better placement rate compared to other engineering colleges in Punjab. The highest package in CSE for 2023 was 51 LPA at Microsoft. Top recruiting companies include Tata, Airtel, and Nvidia, among others. The average package last year was 6-7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of GNDEC is excellent, though maintenance could be improved in some areas. The CS/IT labs are equipped with PCs featuring i5 processors (13th Gen). The college has more than a hundred computers and a server room. Additionally, there are well-equipped labs for ME, CE, and other departments.
Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful and have a high emotional quotient (EQ). They assist students in every situation, including extracurricular activities. The course curriculum is supported by modern techniques and was updated in 2024.
Other: I would also like to appreciate the college’s cultural committee, which has nurtured many artists, including Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala.

The college faculty is very friendly. The environment of the college is very open.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 51 Lacs per annum, while the average package is 4 Lacs per annum. The maximum average package is 12 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, IBM, Airtel, and Accenture. Every student in their third year is offered two months of training.
Infrastructure: The college has various labs, including hardware, DBMS, WD, OS, and PL labs, all of which are equipped with Wi-Fi and high-tech PCs. The classrooms are well maintained, although there are some hygiene issues due to a lack of proper soap facilities in the washrooms.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified. The course curriculum has recently been updated to be more relevant to our chosen course of study. However, to be industry-ready, each student needs to put in the effort to be placed in a reputed company. The college faculty is always there to help us achieve our goals.
Other: The college organizes a Youth Fest and an Anand Utsav every year. In addition, it organizes various other events throughout the year.

Placements are average. You need to study yourself proper DSA for placements.
Placements: Airtel, IBM, Goldmann Sachs are the top recruiters in our college. Internship facilities are comparatively less. You need your own efforts for internship Approximately 10 students per batch are placed with good package and others. Top roles are software engineers and others related to respective branches.
Infrastructure: Im not in hostel but from my friends review I can tell you that hostel food is average and rooms are below average. But lab facilities are average. You need your own laptop. Canteen food is so expensive. Sports and games facilities are fabulous.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average. You need to study at your own. Curriculum is average. It doesn't make students industry ready and semester exams are easy. To tackle the semester exams you need to just attentive in classes, analyse pyqs and assignment.

Strong foundation, needs growth.
Placements: Almost 70% of students were placed in this course, and the highest package is 11 LPA, the medium is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Airtel, etc. Students got internships almost 50%.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, including Wi-Fi throughout the campus, air-conditioned labs with computers, clean classrooms with projector screens, a quiet and air-conditioned library, and good medical facilities. The hostel food is not that great, but the canteens are good. They also have games that are fabulous.
Faculty: All the teachers are Ph.D.s and have a master's degree in teaching. Their teaching skills are excellent, and they are very approachable. There are also a lot of extracurricular activities, such as ISTE, CC, radio FM, and a training and placement cell. The semester exams are tough, but the passing percentage is 45%.
Other: I am choosing IT because the future is dependent on artificial intelligence and machine learning. I hope that the focus is on technical skills and not just learning the basics. There are a lot of events such as Apex fair and fests like Anand utsav, and the campus is well connected. Scholarships are also provided to academically strong students.

Around 70 80 percent students got internship from my course and they are their wish in which company they are interested and find more benefits.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in my department proper classrooms are their with Wi-Fi, labs and a department library also, hostel is provided in my college for both girls and boys mess food is also good, a dispensary is also provided by college in case of emergency, sports are also their in college a swimming pool is their.
Faculty: Yes teachers are very helpful, they are full qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. If I have to rate are course teaching quality I will rate 9/10. Semester exams are not too tough passing marks form theory exam is 24 from 60 and internal 16 from 40 of we get these marks we are passed.
Other: I want to become engineering that's why I chose this course I am doing this in information technology branch. I just want that syllabus for this course in my college would be updated. A lot of events took place in my college whether they are related to studies or fun events like annual function, youth fest, fun Travia, quiz, technical lecture, apex fair, visiting other universities, school etc.

yes you can dear. Along with your classes follow the GATE syllabus and solve the last ten year questions and find out your weak and strong areas. First go for your strong area than go for your weak areas.
