Really good teachers and a good college to get enrolled.

Placements: The placements of my senior batch were pretty good; almost all the students got placed. The average package offered was 3.25 LPA. Around 60-65% students get placed yearly. Some of the companies that visited our campus are Sonalika, TCS, Accenture, HP, Sapient, SML, Trident Group, Dell, DLF Delhi, Flextronics, etc. Getting internships from college is very rare, and same is for the stipend. There is a training and placement cell in our college for ease of students to get placed. It is very useful ...

One of the Best colleges in Punjab.

Placements: The college has been getting the best placement award from the last many years in Punjab (PTU). TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Sapient, Shapoorji Pallonji, Saint Gobain, Asahi Glass, Isuzu, Mahindra Tech, Hero, GS Auto, Elgi Equipments etc. Are some of the main recruiters who have come for campus Placements over tbe last 3 years.

Glimpse to the campus experience at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering college.

Placements: Many big companies regularly visit our campus. Training & Placement department has given their best efforts to assist students in arranging training and in placement. However I saw no efforts from departments to prepare students from pre-placement point of view, this results in lesser students getting placed.

Worth the money : Gndec College.

Placements: The training and placement cell of Gndec College is quite active. There was a great hike in the no. Of placed students in 2017. The major mass recruiters were Infosys and Accenture. The average salary package offered was 3.25 lacs. But for the 2018 batch students the percentage of students placed is comparatively less. Though capgemini, Wipro too visited our college but only few students got placed.

The placements are good for CS and IT students.

Placements: The placements for computer science students as well as information technology students are awesome. About 90-95% of the students got placed from our college. Many more companies visit our college for the placements. At least 3 LPA stipend is offered during an internship. Most of the students from our college placed from my batch or my senior batch.

Good infrastructure good faculty placement is a matter of worry.

Placements: Placement is very good in computer Science, information technology and EC branches however placement is on lower side in civil and mech branches. Our seniors got placed in large numbers but placement comes down by the next years and I myself could not got placed.

The college gives a better placement and it is NBA accredited which allows the student to get work.

Placements: The placements are good. Many MNCs come to the college like SML, Saint Gobain, Mahindra, Nestle, etc. The mass recruiters also come like Accenture and Infosys. About 70% of the students got placed till now in our batch. But, in the senior batch, about 90 percent of the students got placed.

GNDEC is the best in all ways, but the placements are poor in civil engineering.

Placements: Placements are very poor. It is the end of the degree. Only 2 or 3 companies visit the college to recruit the students of civil engineering such as Shaporji Panaji (selected 3 students), Saint Gobain (no one was selected). Non-core companies like Infosys, Accenture visited the college. This year, maximum 5 students were placed.

Really good infrastructure and average placement.

Placements: The placement is average. If you belong to CSE or IT, then plenty of MNCs visit the college. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Also, the college is NBA accredited, so if your plan is for abroad, then it will help you. The companies visited this year are Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, Saint, Gobin, Sapurji, Pillaunji, Adobe, etc.

All over great experience.

Placements: The placements are good, and the companies like Wipro, Saint Gobain, Accenture, Tata and some local industries come to our campus every year for the placements. Every one could apply there, but there are some eligibility criteria for selection of job, which is based on percentage aggregate at that particular time of the students from B.Tech.

Satisfied according to the campus life and facilities.

Placements: This college has good placement facility. The students are scoring above 70. At the placement time, the students who have qualities in them are placed. But only middle-level companies arrive on this campus. Most of the middle-level companies arrive on this campus are Infosys and TCS.

There are good placements in 2016 and infrastructure is good.

Placements: There is a very good placement record of this college. You may join this college. It is not bad like any other government engineering college. I think, 50% students got placed with a good package, and some are also going to other countries like Australia. Some of the best companies like TCS, Infosys etc. visit the college.

Good college and has a beautiful infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are good, especially for an IT sector. More than half of students are placed in reputed companies. The highest salary offered was Rs. 8 lacs per annum by ISUZU company. The lowest salary offered to the students was 3 lacs annum. Various steps are also taken to help the students for getting placement opportunities.

Good for self-taught students.

Placements: I don't think that really great companies come for campus placements. Most of the companies are mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc., but almost all the eligible candidates of CSE and ME are placed. If you depend on the placements, then don't come to this college. Get some real skills that will help you in the long run and jobs are always there for skilled persons.

A good college of northern India.

Placements: Placements are decent. Most of the eligible students get placed. Some core companies visit the campus every year but majorly mass recruiters hire students in bulk. Around 60-70% students get placed the average salary offered is around 3.5 LPA and the maximum package offered last year was around 17 lakhs. Very few companies visit for internships like Thermax and Adobe.

The faculty of college are very good. A very good practical and field knowledge can be gained here.

Placements: The placements are good for those students who want to work in the IT industry like the Infosys, Accenture, etc. There is no doubt that the core companies (Shapoorji&Pallonji, Capgemini etc.) will come, but not as much of now. Earlier, core companies used to come, but the trend of students of getting the jobs and moving to the foreign countries for education has been making the companies to step back from recruiting the students in the next year.

Not the best but good for those who do.

Placements: Placements were average for students. The average package lies between 3 to 4 lakhs and the highest went up to 6 to 7 lakhs in these 2 to 3 years. Every year, approximately 450 students got placed out of 900 students which is overall good. This college is going to grab a university status in 2018 which is amazing.

Nice and friendly faculty.

Placements: I found the placements at our college satisfactory because my expectations were a bit high. The highest package was around 9 LPA and the lowest was of 2 LPA. On an average, people got a package of 3 to 4.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture and Trident visited for placements. Overall, it was okay but not kind of a dream job.

GNDEC- Awesome place for learning and growing.

Placements: The placements at my time were pretty good. The highest package offered was around 9 lakhs and the average was around 4 lakhs. We have almost 80% of our batchmates placed, and the major placements were received by CSE and IT students due to the technological advancement these days.
