Good college if you want decent placements.

Placements: 100% placement for students in CSE/IT but ECE/EEE would have tough time taking placements. AVG PACKAGE-3-5 Lacs, the highest Package-12 Lacs is offered. Infosys is top recruiting company Basically mass recruiting companies approach this college so if anyone want to get placed in google, microsoft like product based companies then take this college at your own risk.

The college was good only placements were less of 2016 batch.

Placements: 40% student were placed. Aa TPO resigned that year otherwise placement would have been better. The highest was 8L. Average 3L and the lowest 2.5L. Verifone is the top recruiter. No internships as such as mainly students were placed for full time jobs. Top roles were of being hired as engineer only not associate.

I am totally satisfied with the college's overall performance.

Placements: Students who had a distinction were able to apply in the company. The average salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month. Samsung, Infosys, and some of these IT companies offered placements. Roles of Java executive are offered. Roles are normally based on the calling process. Students who have scored 60% marks applied for internships in companies like DMRC, L&T.

Placements: Almost 75% of the students get placements. The highest salary package offered is 28 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Ericsson is the top recruiter. Roles of a software engineer are offered. The highest salary package offered in our course is 28 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 3 LPA. Great campus life with not so great curriculum.

Placements: I am a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (2012-2016) alumna. The placements during my batch were comparatively high with almost 60-70% students placed in companies like Infosys, HCL, Ericsson, Sapient and SAP Labs amongst few others. The students were mostly offered Developer roles, QA roles, Integration Engineer. The highest package was approximately. 10 LPA while the average package was 3.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. A few handful of students about 5% students got internship at S...

All in all a decent college through IP UNIVERSITY.

Placements: Almost 70% of the batch was placed from the campus placements and the pool placements. Some students also had multiple job offers in their hands. The highest salary offered was 11 LPA. The average salaries were 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA, while the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visited the campus were HSBC, Accenture, Infosys, BYJUS, Adobe to name a few. Internship was mandatory in 3rd year but students had to search on their own.

Our placement is not that much good.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed from ECE branch. The highest salary is 40,000 per month, and the lowest is 18,000 per month. Most students got placed in Infosys. There are 4-5 companies which recruit students from ECE branch. 20% of students got an internship in HCL, and after the internship, they join that company only.

Not good infrastructure and canteen.

Placements: Placements in our college are improving and may soon be among institutes of the country. The highest package offered was 28 LPA by Amazon last year. The average package offered was 6 LPA. The students apply for internships off campus only. Very fewer companies provide internship opportunities.

The college provides good placements and knowledge, and it is satisfactory.

Placements: Placements of the college were good. It has a highly efficient placement cell. Students get an average salary package up to 3-4 LPA. However, not all the students got placed. Sometimes students will get placed in mediocre companies.

I am decently satisfied with college placements. But I loved my college life and course.

Placements: Placements are decent in the college. Around 60% of batch gets placed. The companies visiting the campus are generally from it background which only recruits students from other branches such as electrical and electronics. Normal it profiles are offered. In our college there is no criteria for summer internship. All students have to look for the internship themselves as college directly refuses to help in summer internship. Yes there is a placement cell which looks after the placements and semin...

There is a lot of free time on the campus, but placements are provided on time with good salaries.

Placements: Placements in the college were nice. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA to 3.50 LPA. Big tech giants like Amazon and Samsung also came to the campus offering packages of 14 LPA and 8 LPA. There were many tech companies that came to campus like Erricson, Infosys, Sapient, SAP labs, CSE, Nagarro, etc.

It is a great experience to be part of this college.

Placements: On-campus placements in our college were average as many product-based companies didn't visit the college this year. The highest salary package offered was 26 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.1 LPA. The placement was good as all the deserving students got a placed in a product based company. Approximately 70% of the students got placed here.

Overall a good experience.

Placements: Placements are average in the college. Not all students get placed. For some course, there are no placements like EEE course students. The college also does not provide internship we students have to find the internship on our own on the apps like Internshala and Coursera. The average package offered is up to 4 LPA.

Review of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.

Placements: The average package offered was around 4 LPA, and the highest package goes to 8 LPA. The college does not conduct on-campus interviews for internships. Students have to look for an internship on their own. 1-2 students get the highest package or sometimes above average packages.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Only students of CS, IT, and ECE with good coding skills get the chance to attend the placements. EEE students have to suffer as no company related to their stream visit the college to offer placements. The average salary package offered was around 4 LPA. The highest salary offered was around 8 LPA.

Among all the colleges affiliated to GGSIPU, GTBIT has the best crowd.

Placements: On-campus placements in our college are good, especially for CSE and IT streams. ECE and EEE streams also get a good exposure of placements during pool campus drives. Infosys, TCS, IBM, L&T, Tech Mahindra, Naggaro, Cognizant, etc., are the mass recruiters in the college.

A Decent level college of IPU.

Placements: I've talked to seniors in this college and everyone says that the placement record is just average. If you're from CSE or IT branch, you'll be on an upper hand than the ECE students as the number of IT companies visiting the college is greater than core companies. EEE placements are not upto the mark.

Pros N cons of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute Of Technology.

Placements: Placements in the college had their own ups and downs, moreover because of some management issues a bit of negligence was there when I was on the verge of completion. The other aspect being, much is dependent on one's own skills. Companies do visit but the number of vacancies they bring along with themselves remain unmatched with the student's expectations.
