A great college at less fee (but don't expect it to be of IIT or NIT level). Absolutely satisfied.

Placements: The placement of our college was outstanding. Almost every student got placed (approximately 95%). The highest salary offered was 12 lakhs and the lowest was 3 lakhs. Companies like Samsung, Seimens, IBM, Naggaro, etc. visited our company. 50 percent student got an internship from the college, others from outside. The internship provided by the college didn't offer a stipend.

Satisfied with faculty, good placements in 2015, satisfactory infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements of the college were good. More than 40 companies came for placements. There was a placement of more than 80% of the total strength. The highest salary: 8 LPA. Role: Software engineer, marketing, sales, development, business development, content writing and research analysis. More than 85% of the entire strength got placed in various big companies. More than 60% of the students got the internship in various companies along with a good stipend according to the industrial standards. T...

Average college under IP University

Placements: The placement record for computer science and IT streams is good. Many small and big companies (Samsung, Infosys, Sony and much more) come here for placements and offer a good package. As I heard, the highest package is about 10 lakhs (it can be more). The average package is about 3-4 lakhs and the lowest package I heard of is 2.5 lakhs. Almost 90% of my seniors got placed who wanted a job. The college offers summer training sessions and refers to internships in companies. The stipend goes from ...

The college is good and one can go for it.

Placements: The placements of my college are great for CSE and IT students, but average for ECE and EEE students. The college also organises many workshops for the development of students' skills so they can perform well during the interview. Major exams like Aspiring Minds and Cocubes are provided at cheap fees.

Academically good and satisfying.

Placements: Placements are good but are not satisfactory. One from GGSIPU can apply for interviews in any other GGSIPU college after giving an aptitude test in the last semesters of B.Tech. Above average students may get a package of 4 lacs and above. After all, it is not easy to prove yourself above average among thousands of B.Tech students.

If you are looking for a good job in CS/IT in GTBIT, then you must join the college.

Placements: Our senior batch's placement was good. Nearly 80% students were placed in the campus placement. Most of the placed students were of computer science, followed by IT, and then ECE. The highest package was 6.5 lac and the lowest was 3.5 lac. There were many companies that offered jobs like Samsung, Amazon, IBM, TCS, Infosys and many more.

A well-organised and focused college.

Placements: Placements are good for CSE and IT students but average for ECE and EEE students. One needs to work hard for getting a good company as there is much competition. Infosys, HCL, Aspiring Minds, Josh etc. are some of the companies which visit the campus. Infosys is typically known as the mass recruiter for our college.

Good college in the city for average studying student.

Placements: Electrical is a core branch and the placement is poor for core branches. But, it is mindblowing if you are a computer science student as it is 170 students placed out of 180. But if you want electrical like me, you better get ready for GATE, GRE or off-campus interviews.

Satisfied with the facilities available but there is still a scope of improvement in placements.

Placements: 2 years ago, when I joined the college, the placements was phenomenal. Infosys took over 90+ students from our college which was the highest number of students from GGSIPU. The problem with our college is that the placement of CSE/IT students is much better than that of electronics or other branches. But now, the placement number has fallen due to a couple of issues but still this time, more than 200 students got placed from campus and much more from off-campus placements. Various companies incl...

Absolutely amazing college with awesome faculty and crowd.

Placements: Placements were good. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed by the end. The highest package was approximately 4.5 LPA and the lowest package was approximately 2.8 LPA. Companies that visited the campus: Fiserv, CSC, HCL, Standard Chartered, and Sapient. Conducted several Amcat and Cocubes exams. There were placement offers from here also.

The college is at par with other colleges of GGSIPU be it studies or placements , only thing lacking is a ground for sports which is currently compensated with Hari nagar sports complex, right in front of the college premises. It resides in West Delhi so there are a lot of places to hangout near the campus. Buildings are newly built and infrastructure is also at par with the latest technologies. There are many active curricular societies which one might want to join once he/she joins this colleg...

College is good. Teachers there are cooperative as well as exceptionally good in their respective subjects except few of them. Hazel free environment .for students. Ragging free and various extra activities are promoted by the institution. The labs in there are not so good but adequate enough to fulfill basic requirement.

GTBIT (affiliated to GGSIPU) comes under the maintenance of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (DSGMC). It is located in one of the best locations in Delhi, where you can get all the facilities nearby. The surrounding is really very good. The college staff is very supportive. There is no hard restriction on the students. Cafeteria serves good food. Apart from this, the best thing about this college is the crowd and campus life.

While looking for a good college, students are mainly afraid about the placements and the second thing that concerns them is the infrastructure. Will I get placed? Is the college campus huge? What sort of companies come to this college? Will I have a future after studying in this college? These are some of the major questions. I will answer the above as direct as possible Will I get placed? Trust me, I’m from this college and I’m a very comfortable and well off IT professional, a college does no...

Average teachers, average infrastructure, good placements, good location. It is situated in a slightly industrial area, but the connectivity to this place is not a problem. The building certainly looks well maintained. The faculty is a mixture of senior and junior professors. But the students feel that the senior and experienced faculty members are better when it comes to teaching. Pacific Mall, PVR Naraina, DC Jankapuri are the most popular hangouts around the college, where students are seen...
