Review of Hindu College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Due to covid-19, out of 73, only 2 students got placements in our course B.Sc honors mathematics. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. Hindu College has its placements cell named Disha where more than 30 companies visit every year, and mostly 70% of students were placed. Some of the top recruiting companies were Google, Deloitte, KPMG, Maruti, Jaypee, Ernst and Young, and many more.

I am satisfied with the good faculty, placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: We had a good number of students in our batch. Some of our batchmates are offered a salary package of around 11 LPA. It is a great university both campus and study-wise. I am thankful to lecturers to help us to excel in our course.

I am satisfied because of its good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Placements are good in this college. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA. All good companies visit our college and almost 60-70% of students are placed. I recommend to all to take admission there and Hindu College is better than SRCC, I have skipped SRCC for Hindu.

The infrastructure is good, and this college is green and well furnished.

Placements: Around 40% of students are placed for internships. They get good deals with placements cells. Most of our department students get a good package. Students are happy to get their placements. This happens only due to good staff and dedicated students.

College of a million dreams.

Placements: There is a very minor chance of students getting placed in this course since it is theoretical. Though the college has a very big brand name, the recruiters like to hire students from commerce and arts backgrounds. Science students generally prefer to study further in various IITs and Iims for their MBA, M.Sc. MCA. The college has an internship cell 'Abhyas' which offers a wide variety of internships for students in all branches and there is also a dedicated placement cell. The average package l...

I am very lucky and feel very obsessed with getting admission to this college.

Placements: If you are pursuing or have completed your graduation from Hindu College, it's not mandatory to get placements. However, after getting a college degree from this college, you have a better future because, after M.A, you have 90%-95% of chances to be Ad-hoc professors in any university or any college.

This college provides good faculty members and great placements.

Placements: This college has a very active placements cell. For the year 2020-21, the highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7.9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA - 7 LPA. From B.A. honors, economics, analyst, and associate are some of the profiles that are offered the most, but that may differ based on students' CVs and the kind of internships they put up in their resumes. Companies like Brain and Company, Accenture, Boston Consulting Grou...

Overall, it is a good college if we can balance the social and academic life well.

Placements: Hindu College offers various placements according to the course you undertake. The majority of the placement goes with the economic honors students. We get a wide range of opportunities to excel ourselves, and a lot of internships are also available for every course.

Overall, our college is the best. Every day here is worth experiencing.

Placements: Political Science is an academic course, but it does not provide many placements. Many students get an internship in various areas like climate change, internships under ministries, etc. One of my batchmates got placed in Zomato as a statistics analyst with a pretty good salary package.

From the fests to the college elections, everything has it's own unique vibe to it.

Placements: As far as placement opportunities for my particular course are concerned, I would say that there were hardly any options. My batch mates who did internships, found them on their own, and the college had no role to play in that. Moreover, there were never course specific internships for us.

Famous and prestigious college with not upto expected level in the faculty.

Placements: There are not as many placements for the students pursuing Bachelors in Political Science in Hindu College. Normally the Arts subjects have less scope in getting placements. But there are many internships for the students in these streams. There is a placements cell working in the college for the students and they can approach at any time for help.

Hindu as a college is the best place you can go to.

Placements: As we all know Hindi is not a subject where you can get placed easily, there are no placement facilities in the college for the language group. However the faculty here gets you ready for the life ahead, Hindi as a bachelor's degree doesn't hold much value, that is quite saddening, but that doesn't mean you can just give up on Hindi.

Great infrastructure and facilities and diverse crowd .

Placements: 75 percent of my seniors got placement in my course although it's upon them that if they want to take the job or not. Packages may go between 25-35k to 70-80k on monthly basis. Colleges who offer Sanskrit hons may offer you jobs in it also many MNCs may offer a coding job too. Not many companies offer internship until the course is completed, so chances of getting an internship while pursuing the course is very low. This course is deeply linked to the ancient history of indus and great ancient p...

A constant love-hate relationship with Hindu College.

Placements: I am currently taking part in the placement drive of my colleagues and I am extremely delighted to experience the variety of choices we have been given. The average package starts from 6 lacs per annum, and the highest package this year has gone up to 25 lacs per annum. Companies like DE Shaw, Accenture, Ernst, and Young, Salesmen, etc. Have already recruited 10-12 students each for a single position which is amazing! The best part about the placement drive is that most of the higher-paying posi...

It is the top college of DU.

Placements: Our college has a placement cell, i.e., Odisha the placement cell, which is collaborated with thousands of companies like Ab InBev, DE Shaw, RSA Group, Zomato, etc. The average salary package offered in our course is almost 8 LPA. Almost all the students got a chance to do internships in reputed companies.

Review of Hindu College, University of Delhi.

Placements: I did M.Sc in zoology from Hindu College, and I passed out recently in 2021. The placement cell is very good in our college. Final year students become eligible for placements. Almost 50% of the students have applied for placements. However, I have not applied for it because it is not in our course. A friend of mine from the commerce department got a placement with a salary package of 3 LPA from the college.

It is the best college to pursue your higher studies.

Placements: I was a student of English, and I have done M.A. course in English. My course was completed in 2018. In my course, about 90% of students got placed in top institutions, international schools and companies. In my course, the highest package offered was 2 Lacs per month, the lowest salary was 80,000 per month, and the average salary was 1.5 Lacs per month, which are awesome for many students.

I am absolutely satisfied with our college.

Placements: I am not sure whether students from our course get placed or not. However, many students get opportunities abroad through AUS and other places and also get admission to foreign universities. But the disappointing thing is only a few students get these opportunities. I don't know much about the companies that hire students from here.

It is the best college for science and arts in India.

Placements: I am pursuing a chemistry Hons course from Hindu College. Placements are not more after or during the course compared to other courses like B.Com Hons, etc. However, students get a chance to work on several innovation projects under the guidance of faculty members. If the project is related to biochemistry, then students can get a chance to work with biology and chemistry faculty members. Currently, I am doing an internship that is based on scientific writing under one of our teachers and 3 othe...

The infrastructure of our college is good.

Placements: In Physics (Hons.), usually, students do not get placed upon completing the course. If you really need a job, then you can go for consulting companies, and also you can try your luck in software companies because a bit of coding is taught to us. I think 1-2 students from our batch of 130 students get a job at the end of the degree.
