Yes, Hindu College has separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys. However, during admission in 2020 and 2021, hostel facilities were temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic situation and social distancing norms. Candidates seeking admission from 2022 onward were, however, allowed to apply for the hostel. The hostel of Hindu College is located on the college campus and is within walking distance of all the academic and extracurricular facilities. With more than 200 rooms combined in the girls' and boys hostel, all the residential rooms are well-furnished and are fully air-conditioned. Additionally, round-the-clock security is available with security guards at the main gates of the hostels. Yes, Maths is mandatory in Class 12 to get admission to the B.A. (Economics) course at Hindu College Delhi. At the undergraduate level, Hindu College offers a three-year BA (Programme) and BA (Hons) course to students in the field of Arts. The BA (Hons) programme is available in nine specialisations and one of the specialisation is Economics. The Economics Department of Hindu College is a very good department with great faculty.

Based on the components mentioned in the above table, Hans Raj College seems to be the most affordableoption of the three. However, that is not the same. After adding all the other admission fee components in the tuition fee, the total fee for BA (Hons) will go almost to the level of LSR and Hindu. However, the median salary offered at all the three is closed to each other with Hindu being on the top. Hence, students are required to consider the return on investment by comparing the overall fee and return salary to make a final decision. The final decition must also depend on the availability of the specialisation that a sudent is willing to get into and other factors, such as location proximity with their residence, preference of course available, among others

Both, Hindu College and Hans Raj College are the top affiliated colleges of Delhi University.
