Placements: Hindu Colleges B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics programme has an active placement cell that facilitates job opportunities for its students. Graduates have secured positions with average salary packages ranging from 5 to 6 Lacs per annum, with the highest packages reaching up to 14 to 16 Lacs per annum. However, placement success largely depends on individual student efforts and performance.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are KPMG, Accenture, etc. In our course, around 20-30% of people get placed every year and the top roles offered are data analyst, business analyst, etc. The average package is around 9 Lacs. The highest package was 36 Lacs in 2023.
Placements: Placement percentage is approximately 60 to 70%. I don't know the highest package, but the lowest package is, I think, 7k to 9k. I don't know the percentage of students who got internships from the course and companies, but almost everyone got internships for our courses.
Placements: Placement opportunities are very less in such colleges, you either go for Masters and prepare for exams like NET or before it, you can prepare for IIT JAM. You get access to some 3rd party internships, which come to your college groups; they may be paid or unpaid depending on your interests and field.
Placements: Since the humanities courses do not really offer any placements and are more academically oriented, students do go for internships both on and off campus. The placement cell and the E-Cell of the college offer many opportunities for internships. The college societies provide certificates of completion and volunteering.
Placements: There is not a high number of placements from my course, but most of the students from the commerce and arts get placements with a good package, with an average package of 10 LPA. But some students receive an average package of more than 15 LPA. So it is easy to get placed from Hindu.
Placements: Hindu College has DISHA- The Placement Cell and internship cell which is considered to look after the recruiting process of students. Both the cell are on Linkedin platform, which showcases details regarding the placements. Gross stipend values of internships are 9.5+ Lacs and gross package value for placements is 13+crore.
Placements: There is a placement cell called Odisha in our Hindu College, along with an internship cell. It aims to provide placement to students. All the information related to Odisha is available on their LinkedIn platform. The curriculum prepares us for the real-world arena, as politics is a real-life activity and happening in every sphere.
Placements: B.A. (Hons. ). Economics of Hindu College is said to have the maximum number of placements from the whole 'University of Delhi'. Relax has its own Research Laboratory in our college. I don't know exactly the amount of package, but yes, surely many companies come to hire on the basis of performance, experience, and skills. A lot of students also get internships in their second year from a varied range of companies. College societies will really help to make it happen smoothly.
Placements: In the academic year 2023, Hindu College achieved an overall placement rate of approximately 37.15%, with 185 students securing job offers. The median salary for placed students was ₹9.50 LPA. The recruiting companies included Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst and Young (EY), Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and McKinsey and Company.
Placements: Coming from the arts stream and being a first-year, I won't be able to guide you much about placements. However, one thing is for sure: the placements for commerce students are quite good here, after SRCC. Besides, the internship societies of Hindu College will keep you informed about every upcoming internship, that too reliable.
Placements: Generally, the placement record of Hindu College is very good because companies like Wipro, TCS, and LG come for campus placement. Mainly 60 to 70 percent of students are able to grab the placement. Also, companies like LIC and Internshala come for internship, as many students want to do internships. The median package offered by the company lies between 6 to 10 LPA.
Placements: Three types of companies visit for placements Dream tier, Tier 1, and Tier 2. The student intake is different every year. There are more placement opportunities for students from Science and Commerce backgrounds compared to Humanities. If we are lucky, we can secure good placements in our course.
Placements: Students become eligible for placement in the final year, final semester. Different companies come for placement and also offer a number of offers, with a package up to 12 Lacs being the highest among the placement offers. Out of 10 students, approximately 6 students get selected, which is a very good number. I have already graduated from this college and I am planning for further studies.
Placements: Around 15-20% of the students got placed through on-campus placement, while a major chunk chose to pursue higher studies. The stipend offered was between 8 LPA to 20 LPA among Economics Honours for the batch of 2024. The top recruiting companies were: DeShaw, Nation with Namo, ZS Associates, Gartner offering roles like Political Consultancy (NwN), Data Analytics Associate, and roles in the Finance domain.
Placements: In my course, approximately 60 to 65% of students get placed. The highest package in the 2024 batch in B.Com (Hons) was 16.5 LPA, and the average package was around 7.4 LPA. The lowest package one student accepted was 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters are EY, Paytm, Zomato, Axis Bank, and many other top MNCs. According to a recent internal report of the college, around 30 to 40% of students from our course get internships. Companies offering internships include GT (Grand Thornton), Motilal Oswal Financial...
Placements: There are not very many placements in the college, but some courses like Statistics and Commerce students get some good placements. The students from Sem 6 are eligible for the placements. About other things like packages and all, I am not aware of those things. My plans:- I am going to write CSIR NET and GATE and go for a Ph.D. in nano catalysis and energy storage.
Placements: Around 80% of students in our course were placed. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, the average salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Some of the top companies hiring from our course include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and Deloitte. About 70% of students in the course received internships. Popular companies offering internships include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Accenture. Some of the key roles offered to students from our co...
Placements: Placement season has been fruitful to our course. Though the percentage of students getting placed is around 25% only, the exposure and interview experience were at the next level. The highest package is 24 LPA, with the lowest at 7 LPA, giving an average of 10 LPA in my course. Top recruiting companies are D. E. Shaw, Ab Inbev, etc. Around 30% of people from my course had gotten good internships in Tier 1 companies like JSW, Ab Inbev, Nation with Namo, etc. with a stipend ranging from 50,000 to...
Placements: There are 95% placements in Hindu College. Abhyas, the internship cell of Hindu College, works a lot for the students to get maximum internships and good placements. There are internship fairs in which we get the opportunity to get internships at top companies. Top companies visit our college every year to choose brilliant students. Packages vary according to the companies. Mostly, the packages are high.
