Absolutely satisfied because you can have fun and you can graduate with good grades.
Placements: Only 10percent of students were placed with an average salary of 12k to 15k. Amazon is the only top recruiting company as it offered only chat process. The package is 10k min and 15max. In our course only 5 students attended internship in Renault company.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was better but there was no Wi-Fi and we had a decent classrooms. The library was big enough with lot of books that all department students can get the book they need. Hostel has two priority according to fee amount. One is with AC with 4/room and other is 6/room without AC. The mess food was bad. They were good in sports and has beautiful medical facility.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with their qualified degree only few teacher are not knowledgeable. More over teaching was good enough. It is relevant but not good for industrial knowledge. The curriculum is based on Anna University so it must be changed. Some teachers like our HOD they skip classes.
Other: I chose this course because it is relevant. I wish lab and practical exam may develop as it will be helpful for our course. Events, workshop, scholarship and extracurricular activities were awesome in my college as they conduct many events like these for students connection and always we have a crowd.

Our college is not bad when compared to the colleges situated in this area.
Placements: A lot of IT companies are visiting our campus nowadays for placements. During the time of my joining, only a few companies used to visit our campus. However, every year, the placement officer is working very efficiently to invite a good number of companies to our campus. Almost half of the IT branch students were placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Laboratories are not good when compared to some top colleges. Hostels are situated very near to our college. There is a good library block with separate book stocks for each department. The Wi-Fi facility is not available. Classrooms are available with good ventilation.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are talented and very helpful. They can teach in both Tamil and English languages. They are very good at both problematic and theoretical subjects. Teaching methods like smart classes are used to teach. The student to faculty ratio is 6:1.
Other: The symposium is conducted every year by each department association.

The college has good infrastructure, good faculty, and poor placements.
Placements: The placements in our college are low. Most of the placements are for ECE and CSE. Most of them are the computer-related jobs. The placement oppurtunities for mechanical engineering and automobile need to be improved.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are separate blocks for separate departments. The hostel facility is good with A/C. The college is surrounded by agriculture area. It is a good place to study and relax in the college. There are more than five canteens in the college. We have a spa, gym, and ATM facility in the college. The labs are well-maintained. The hostel food is not good, but average. The classrooms are good and well-ventilated. Importance will be given to sports. The library is big having more than 10,000 books in it.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are respectful. They are friendly with the students. They help us to get the internships. They are helpful to the students. The industrial exposure is not good. They help us to study the subject. They give immediate assistance to the students.

Our college is one of the top colleges in Coimbatore which is certified from AICTE (A grade)
Placements: It is awesome and there are about 120 companies coming to the college. The companies are taking almost 300 students a year. The companies coming are Payoda, CTS, Bosch, KGISL, Infosys, HCL, Google, etc. They offer us a salary from at least 1 lac to 3 lacs per anum for freshers. The college gives us placement training also. The companies come during the seventh semester of our course and they take the student who doesn't have any arrear. They can have the maximum of 2 arrears in their history of arrears.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college which is on the ground of 192 acres of land which has two engineering colleges, a polytechnic college, and three hostels with bathroom facilities for 1st-year students. We have a separate hostel for other seniors. Also, there are hostels for ladies, the same as boys. There are five canteens present in the college, a gym and a beauty parlour. There a chemistry lab, a physics lab, a computer lab, CAD lab, a thermodynamic lab, a SOM lab, 2-wheeler and three-wheeler lab, automotive engines lab, mechanical lab, a lathe shop, etc.
Faculty: There are many faculty members in the college. Mostly, all of them have the ME graduation with them. There are a principal and a Dean for the college. There are seven departments in our college for each responsibility. Five departments have their own head of the department. They are automobile, mechanical, electronics and communication, electrical, computer science and information technology are the branches here.

Hindustan college of engineering and technology good placement and function other state students .
Placements: Many students got placed in mechanical engineering branch, and in our batch, there were 3 classes. I have no details about the salary offered, but I think the salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Companies are recruiting students, and students are offered with design post. I have no idea about the salary package offered in our course. We are going to many companies like JK Tyre and workshops for internship.
Infrastructure: Our college has good labs and also have an empowering lab for making their own vehicle to participate in all over India tournaments like SAE India tournament. The hostel is excellent. Food served is not good, but it is average like Tamil food. Facilities were average but not good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, and some of them are very rude to us in the first year. I have entered in the second year, and I was in the department in which all teachers are good and well-qualified. They have at least Ph.D. in their section. I am in an autonomous institution, and I think labs are in all models but not updated according to this generation. The course is updated, and they always teach in the smart class about new technology.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a passion for mechanical engineering since my childhood. Mechanical has demand in all industries. There are many passed-out students in the mechanical branch, but placements and salary offered are not enough. Events are organised in our college. All departments have to conduct Symbolism, and the best programme organised here is February 14, I. e. , valentines day, which is hilarious which is celebrated by all in Tamil Nadu. It was a great programme. Scholarships are offered for Tamil students but not for other states. But other students get central government scholarship.
