CS Executive Syllabus: ICSI prescribes the ICSI CS syllabus for Executive and Professional programmes. Candidates preparing for the CS Executive, CS Professional examination must check the important topics for preparation. Earlier authorities announced the new syllabus for ICSI CS that consists of the Online Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), Executive programme and Professional programme.
CS Professional Syllabus: Candidates who have registered for the ICSI CS Professional programme under the old syllabus (2017) can apply for switch over to CS Professional new syllabus (2022). Such candidates desiring to switch to new syllabus are advised to acquaint themselves with the CS Professional syllabus (2022) and paper-wise exemption details to begin preparations. The last examination under ICSI CS Professional old syllabus (2027) will be held in upcoming June 2025.
