IIIT Allahabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: The placements were very good in this college. The average package for the IT batch was around 7 LPA and the average package for all batches was between 5-6 LPA. Many companies visited our college like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, SnapDeal, Housing, DirectI, Expedia, BlackRock, etc. Almost 80 to 100 companies visits our college every year and offer pretty good packages.

Placements: As far as placements of IIIT-A is concerned, it is one of the best in the country. It is as good as any other IIT or NIT in the country. Please note I am talking only about the IT branch of IIIT-A. All the software companies, be it small or giant visit the campus. Over 70 companies visit the campus for merely 400 students. Placements: The placements record of the college are exceptionally good. Every year, there are 100% placements. All the major technology companies and the banking firms visit the campus for placements and internships. The average packages in the placements is above rupees 10 LPA.

Placements: The college provides very good placement statistics nearly 100% student get selected with an average CTC of 6-7 LPA. Top IT companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Morgen Stanley, Directi, etc. visited every year. 75% students will get dream jobs (i.e. CTC >= 7). More than 100 companies visits the campus every year.

Placements: In 2014, placements were quite good. Samsung hired around 50 candidates from our batch and many big companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Codenation, Walmart Labs etc also came for placement and took around 40 people from all over the batch. Moreover, the coding culture is great in this college.

IIITA, a deemed university, good platform for coding devotees. Worthy infrastructure, surrounded by greenery, a healthy environment. Campus life is very nice. Hostels are decent.
