IIIT Bhagalpur has a vibrant campus life with various sports facilities and a moderately busy event calendar. The dress code is flexible, and students can wear whatever they want. However, there are restrictions on the movement of girl students within specific timings. The college has a well-stocked library and practical teaching methodologies, and students have access to designated student representatives and teachers for academic support. Security measures include guards and CCTV cameras, but outsiders cannot enter the campus without permission. Ragging is strictly prohibited, and students who engage in such activities may be rusticated.

Based on the five reviews provided, the overall infrastructure of IIIT Bhagalpur is good, with all essential facilities available. However, the permanent campus is under construction and some students have mentioned that the current temporary campus is well-equipped with modern facilities such as labs, libraries and sports grounds. The hostels are reportedly decent, with clean washrooms and cooperative caretakers. Additionally, the food served in the mess is good and served four times a day.

In summary, the infrastructure of IIIT Bhagalpur is satisfactory, with all necessary facilities available, although the permanent campus is still under construction.

The selection to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which they are allotted a seat.
