IIT Gandhinagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Top Recruiting companies like Amazon, Adobe, Adani, Google, Infosys, Jio, Paytm, Nike, TCS, Zomato, Oracle etc., visit our visit for placements. The college is new so there are fewer students but the statics of placements are enough. According to the 2023 the average salary is, Chemical: 15.11 Mechanical: 14.49 CS: 29.29 Electrical: 17.88 Materials: 13.41 Civil: 16.65 .

Placements: Around 91.85% of B.Tech students got placed in 2022 with a median salary package of 15.35 LPA. The highest salary package offered by DE Shaw is 50 LPA and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, Texas, Adani, Salesforce, Nike, and Mathworks.

Placements: 75% of students who registered for placements got placed. The highest package offered was 20.02L, the lowest was 8L and average package was 13L. Students got internships in Caltech, University of Washington and other top colleges in USA. Students also got internships in Companies like Matter Motor Works, Nivea, Talentserve, Adani Group .

Placements: Only ten students out of thirty students are placed in recent time. The highest package of civil branch was 24 Lacs per year and the lowest package was 8 Lacs per year and avergae was 14 Lacs per year. There are so many companies arrived for all the streams and the top recruiting company were Gel india or Adani.

Placements: About 95% of students got placed in top companies like Amazon, Intech, Zomato, Graviton, Axxela, Rippling, and many other research and software companies. The well-versed curriculum gives students an edge in their placements. The average salary package offered is around 22 LPA.

Placements: Around 90% of students got placed in CSE. In 2022, the placements were better than last year. The highest package offered is 50 LPA by DE Shaw. The average package is 22 LPA, and the lowest package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Paytm, Swiggy, Infurnia, Strand Life Sciences, Publicizes Sapient, Skan AI etc. 50% of students got internships. Roles offered are software engineer, associate software developer etc.

Placements: About 80% of placement applicants have been placed in diverse roles such as core disciplines, analytics, consulting, development, data science, finance, and education. We have all the top recruiters from SMEs and startups recruiting students. Placements are improving every year.

Placements: Almost 60-70% of students get placements in chemical engineering. The chemical branch is something that requires some higher studies, and therefore, most students go for research or M.Tech. The highest package offered was 22 LPA, and the average package was approximately 12-13 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, Indian Oil, Tata Chemicals etc. A great number of students get internships, and a large number of students get internships from foreign companies.

Placements: The placements in every year for my course is the highest as it is computer science and engineering. Also there will be tough competition from the students in others branches. Coming to the companies that visit my college are Amazon, Google, Capgemini etc., which hires many students and the exams are really a great challenge to beat to get hired.

Placements: The placements are offered in most software companies. Most of the core students go for higher studies in foreign universities, which they get from our college. Most students who sit for placements get placement offers. But the average package is not that good.

Placements: IIT Gandhinagar does not excel in the placements department when you compare to other top colleges and IITs. However this year placement percentage had grown a lot with recruiters like Google, Swiggy and Paytm. Many IT and Finance companies had shown interest. However there are not that many options in the core field.

Placements: About 33% of students from the passing batch got placed in the mechanical course. The salary package offered ranges from 10-25 LPA. Some top companies like Deloitte, Merilytics, ITC, JSW Steel, and KMK Consulting visit our college to hire students from our batch. About 10% of students from our batch got an internship. Placements: More than 70-80% of students are placed. Top companies recruit like Google, Adobe, etc., same for internships, around 40-50% of students get internships. But the process is still going on. Students seeking industrial jobs get internships in some of the most top-rated companies.

Placements: Top recruiting companies were - Barclays, Mckinsey, etc. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA. Almost everyone gets internships either industrial or academic. Most of the students prefer going for higher studies abroad. Students are selected at Stanford, Imperial College of London, etc.

Placements: We have 100% of placements in our branch. The highest package offered is 40 LPA, the lowest package is 7 LPA, and the average package is 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Adobe, Mathworks, and also LinkedIn. In my course, almost 100% of students got internships in Amazon and Mathworks. Top roles offered are SDE and data scientist.

Placements: There is already very less demand in industries for recruiting mechanical engineering undergraduates, in general, across all colleges. However, IITGN students have a decent number of opportunities. Top paying companies offer data science and software roles. Students have core engineering companies offering packages ranging from a minimum to 25 LPA. Many consulting, marketing, and other non-core companies also visit campus to recruit mechanical engineering students.

Placements: It is one of the decent colleges with decent placements, but maximum placements are provided only in followed by the mechanical stream. However, our college offers 10 different streams to choose from as major or minor courses. This year almost 60% of the students got placed. The average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like MRF, Hyundai, EY, Deloitte and many renowned startups visit our college for placements.

Placements: Around 80% of students got placed. The average package offered for a CSE student in IIT Gandhinagar is around 18 LPA. The highest package is 40 LPA by a German company to two students. The top recruiters include KPIT (Germany), Goldman Sachs, ITC, IOCL, HPCL and ISRO.

Placements: The average salary package offered for B.Tech CSE is 17 LPA, while the average salary package offered for B.Tech is 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered is about 40 LPA for CS students. Top recruiting companies here are Goldman Sachs, Adani, Tata, Infosys, etc. Most of the students will get placed as per past reports of the CSE. Around 40% to 50% of students get internships from our college.

Placements: Placements in core branches are very low here. In recent years, the CSE branch has started, so the average salary package offered will be high. For the CSE branch, good companies visited here like Amazon, Nautix and Goldman Sachs. Specifically for our branch, L&T and other companies will visit here to offer placements with a salary package of around 7 LPA to 10 LPA. The average salary package offered here is around 10 LPA.
