No, there is no interview round for M.Tech admission at IIT Kanpur. Admission offers for GATE-qualified candidates are displayed on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Students must register at the COAP portal to view and accept their offers. Registration on COAP portal is free. Additionally, candidates are advised to download COAP 2022 information brochure. Candidates seeking admission to BS at IIT Kanpur must have a valid score in JEE Main, JEE Advanced and go through JoSAA counselling for final admission. Admission is completely entrance exam-based and candidates seeking admission can not get into IIT Kanpur with only the scores of JEE Main. JEE Advanced followed by JoSAA counselling is the mandatory requirement.
