IIT M Data Science: Online but Amazing.
Placements: IIT Placements 2024 have concluded. However, the final report for IIT Madras 2024 has not been released yet. Some of the top recruiters who participated in IIT Madras Placements include Apple, Google, Texas Instruments, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Cetak Ltd, Qualcomm, etc. IIT Madras has announced that it placed about 80% of students in B.Tech and dual degree courses and 75% of students in M.Tech courses by April 30, 2024. A total of 1091 students were placed, and 256 companies participated in the placement drive for the academic session 2023-24.
Infrastructure: A modern lab and a well-stocked library assist the learners and teachers in carrying out innovative research. IIT Madras is a residential institute with nearly 550 faculty, 10,000 students, and over 2,000 administrative & supporting staff, located on a self-contained campus spanning about 250 hectares of beautiful wooded land. The campus offers a peaceful and modern lifestyle to students, faculty, staff, and their families. The Institute has excellent infrastructure available in individual departments and centres, and it has several centrally located facilities for researchers. The Institute has sixteen academic departments and a few advanced research centres in various disciplines of engineering and pure sciences, with nearly 100 laboratories organized in a unique pattern. IIT Madras also carries out several social impact programs to foster inclusive growth.
Faculty: The faculty is very experienced. They teach us with great enthusiasm. As it is an online course, there is no faculty-to-student ratio. Live sessions are organized almost every day to clear our doubts by teachers and teaching assistants.
Other: I chose this course because Data Science is one of the most important and upcoming booming fields.

Review of IITM bs degree foundation course in data science.
Placements: The course is very good and easy to use and the placement rates are excellent so many students get placed in by completing this course. It's also an opportunity to pursue another course side by side so we get double placement. They also provide internships for students.
Infrastructure: Since it's an online degree, we have a very suitable lifestyle and environment near me. I can easily access the course from any part of the world. When we visit the campus for a week for our paradox event, it's so much fun and all the hostels are very good.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are very good and conducting exams is also very convenient for students. Faculty members teach at a very good speed so people from non-CS backgrounds can also understand the material very well. And all the papers are conducted on Sunday.

Absolutely satisfied with this course.
Placements: Approximately 35,000 students graduated from my batch, and the placement package follows the completion of the Diploma. Prominent companies such as Google, Accenture, and TCS are among the recruiters. The course is highly demanding, resulting in an impressive placement rate of around 85 to 90 percent in various renowned companies, as mentioned earlier. In terms of top roles, there are opportunities in data science, data analysis, machine learning analysis, database management, and more. Although this program is conducted online, we do attend important meetings on campus. The overall environment is truly commendable, and it is worth mentioning that this program has been recognized as the best online program by QS and the Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania.
Infrastructure: After successfully completing the foundation and progressing to the Diploma level, students gain access to libraries. However, since this is an online course, there are no dorms or rooms available. Nevertheless, students can still engage with faculty members and actively participate in a wide range of activities after completing the Diploma. This online program provides an exceptional learning environment for students.
Faculty: Teachers provide valuable assistance to students. Semesters are undoubtedly challenging and competitive. The curriculum of this course is highly pertinent and effectively prepares students for the industry. Given the high demand for data scientists, this course undeniably fulfills the requirements of a skilled data analyst.
Other: I chose this course because it is the best data science online course in India.

Placements: I've been a student enrolled in the online Data Science programme for the foundation level and I must say it has been an incredible enriching and transformative experience. The college offers and extensive range of resources and support services to guide students towards successful careers. We are always informed about the jobs and internship opportunities available. The placement team at IIT madras help tailor job searches to match individual skills and preference, making the job hunting process much more efficient and rewarding. Most of the students get placed after the completion of their certification and many of them opted for higher studies in the same field.
Infrastructure: As it is an online course, students from different regions learn from this platform from their houses itself, so there is no accommodation for the learners. The colleges online learning platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. The interface is user-friendly, making it a breeze to access course materials, assignments and discussions. The platform organisation is impeccable, which greatly enhances the overall learning experience.
Faculty: One of the most impressive aspects of my online course has been the quality of the professors. They are not only experts in their respective fields but also passionate about teaching. The instructors are always available for questions and provide timely feedback on assignments. This engagement has made the online learning experience feel just as personal and interactive as in-person classes. The course curriculum is very much relevant and begin teaching from the fundamentals itself. It makes students industry ready. The semester exams on difficult level it is above average and most of the questions are application based.

Overall it is a good college. But my expectations are more.
Placements: First of all, this course is very boring due to the online classes. But the college is doing its best to engage students. And if we talk about placements, this scenario is not too good. But yes, lots of students are placed as interns. They are providing support.
Infrastructure: The courses are well structured. They start very simply. In the Foundation Diploma, B.Sc., you will learn basic statistics and math in foundations and additionally Python. After completing every level, they will provide certificates. And the duration of each semester is four months.
Faculty: BS faculty members are excellent evan their supports teams are very nice. College provide daily live classes with instructors. Overall instructor are fully supportive. But one disadvantages is professor are pre recorded. And pre-recorded is very boring.
Other: Over okay.

Placements: We don't need to talk about placements when we are talking about NIRF 1 institute from past 6 years about placements. Above 80% students are placed. About package I am not having enough knowledge but IIT tag itself increases your CTC. NO NEED TO WORRY BEST COURSE.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of all IIT's aee the best hostels are clean too. Equipped with Wi-Fi ethernet cables
Fast speed internet
Very soon you will be experiencing JIO, AIRTEL, VODAFONE IDEA, BSNL 5G connection in the campus. Library and classrooms are spacious and good.
Faculty: Exams are tougher than rest offline courses as you have to get 40% min in every graded assignment and mock test when you quiz1, quiz2, end term exam will happen then too you will have to score more than 40% and average of all should be 50%. On average in one year there are approximately 160 exams.
Other: I chose this course becuase it was online and having offline exams by which it won't be considered as online course and having 160 exams already prooves it to be tougher than offline or on campus degrees.
