Placements: Placements of IIT Patna improved 31% from last year. 456 students were enrolled in 2022 out of which 411 students got placed in top companies and placement percentage was 90%. The highest package recorded was 2.1 crore per annum and average package was 20 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Placements of mechanical engineering in core sector are almost negligible. Most of students from mechanical department are getting placed in IT and finance sectors. Average package of mechanical department is around 20 Lacs per annum and the highest package is 59 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Computer Science is a top branch of IIT Patna having 38 Lacs per annum average package in 2022. the highest package of our branch was 1.4 crore per annum. Our branch have 100% placement record from past few years and some top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and many more. The students of our branch are placed in various sectors like IT, finance, consultant, etc.

Placements: Placement record of IIT Patna is amazing. Almost 95% of the students in civil department are getting placed every year in top companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Infosys, IBM, and many more. The average salary package of civil department students is around 17 Lacs per annum. Students prefer non- core jobs instead of going for core jobs.

Placements: I chose this college because of its placements. The average salary package offered is 28 LPA. Many companies, like Google and Microsoft, come to the campus. Almost 7 students got salary packages of more than 1 CPA.

Placements: In the batch that passed this year, more than 99% students got placed. The highest package is around 40 lpa, average is 20 lpa. Last year it was 12 lpa and the lowest was 8 lpa. Companies like Oracle, Micromax etc. recruited for mechanical. 95% students got internship and almost all types of top role were offered.

Placements: The highest salary package offered by Microsoft is 38.00 LPA, the salary package offered by DE Shaw is 33.50 LPA, the salary package offered by Arcesium is 32.50 LPA, and the salary package offered by CodeNation is 31 LPA. Apart from this, students also received tempting offers from Samsung, Mathworks, Goldman Sachs, MakeMyTrip, Sapient, Addverb Technologies, Optum, Cadence, Force Motors, ZS Associates, TCS R&D, Strand Life Science, LTI, LinkedIn, Saavn, Futures First, Cognum, L&T ECC, Uber, L&T...

Placements: Around 70% of the students from the M.Sc in mathematics course got placed in educational institutions like in Aakash and Balaji. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 8.2 LPA. Almost 60% of students got an internship in companies like Flipkart, Microsoft, TCS, etc.

Placements: The chemical branch in IIT Patna is good with great exposure, and it is also the best for research students. Almost 50% of the students got placements. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 1 LPA. Top private companies like Dr. Reddy's Laboratories are the top recruiter for the chemical course and many public sector companies also. Almost 40% of the students got an internship.

Placements: Placements in the college are good with an average salary package of 18 LPA being offered. The highest salary package offered this year was 40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Google, Microsoft, DE Shaw, Amazon, and other companies with good working environment visit the college for conducting placement drives. Over 90% of the students in both B.Tech and M.Tech courses are placed.

Placements: Placements of IIT Patna are very good. If you are good at your academics, then you can easily get a placement with a package of 8 LPA. The average package offered was 6 LPA, and the highest was 12 LPA to 14 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 4 LPA. About 80% of the students can easily get placements. Companies like Amazon, Capgemini, Microsoft, Samsung, L&T and many more are coming for recruitment purpose every year.

Placements: This year the highest package for CSE is around 40 la. 2 people got packages around 32 la. Last year average package is around 14 Lacs for CSE and the average of the campus is around 9 Lacs. The overall campus the highest being 1.5 crores, a job with Google.

Placements: The placements are not good for the civil department, but other branches such as CS and EE are doing terrific. The placements for the civil department is poor may be caused because the current batch is the very first batch for B.Tech and also our population is quite low, so very few core companies are interested in coming to campus for recruitment.

Placements: The placements for our senior batch were good, but the placements for my batch are average right now, although a few students got placed in the core companies. Till December, almost half of the batch is placed. The highest package till now is 9 LPA, and companies like ISRO and Tata Motors visited our campus. Good news about IIT Patna, its transit campus is now ready to shift to its permanent campus (in July 2015) first new IIT to shift. Spread over 500 acres, IIT-Patna is one of the beautiful and well architecture campuses in India. It is overall top among the new IITs. Last year placement was overall good in terms of company and students. Placements: I do not know the exact data as the institute does not publish it, here is what I know based on college chatter. Almost all students who SAT for placements were placed. Many had to take somewhat low packages because of recession. The highest on campus package is 55 Lacs, offered to 6 or 7 students. Top companies are Atlacian, DeShaw, etc.

Placements: Our college provided good placements compared to other IITs. Many students got placed in our course.

Placements: Placement offers for the seniors are very good. We too hope for the best placements after three years of college. Seniors suggested to perform well in studies and earn a good cumulative performance index (CPI) to get placed in the top most companies.
