Placements: Training and placement cell of IITP is growing at a great pace, and the number of companies visiting is also increasing for the placement season. Placements: Since the programme in chemical engineering started since 2016, the first batch would graduate in 2020, and it is very early to comment on the placements. We are expecting that the placements would be good as we already have many non-branch specific companies visiting the campus. Even a lot of the students have interned at reputed chemical companies, firms, and universities within and outside India.

Placements: Placements in college were good. The placement rate was 100%. The highest salary package offered was 19 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 5-6 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, JP Morgan, Samsung, were the major recruiters among others. Almost everyone got internships from college. There was a placement cell, and it was very effective.

Placements: Placements in college are pretty good. Companies like Samsung Research and Development, Microsoft, and Amazon, etc., visit the campus for placements. The average salary package offered was 9 LPA, and there is a constant improvement in the salary packages offered over the years. There is a dedicated placement cell which handles all the placement related activities. This placement cell is very helpful in placing the students in their dream companies.

Placements: The placements of our college are good. A lot of companies come to the campus to recruit students, and they offer decent salaries. Few of the PSUs also come for recruitment. The training and placement cell does excellent work to invite new companies to increase the placement percentage. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA which is really good in the mechanical stream.

Placements: Both B.Tech and M.Tech. Students have same opportunity in terms of placement. Almost all top product based companies like Microsoft, Google, NetApp, Adobe, Amazon, etc. Do visit the campus for placement and internship. But you have to get the job on your own ability. Placements: Placement rate is increasing every year, average salary- 65-75k per month, the highest package- 1.6 crores ( microsoft), the lowest around 40k ( as per 2017 batch), almost all famous companies. Generally maintanace, qualitative and desk jobs offered, quite impressive and highly efficient internship.

Placements: The average package last year in our campus around 12 Lacs per annum. As usual the computer Science guys have 100 percent placements with an average package of around 15 Lacs. The highest package in our campus last year is around 45 Lacs and many students have got packages above 30 Lacs. Placements: It was a good opportunity for all of us being a part of IIT Patna. Our friends including my batch got the placement like my best friend got 8 LPA. However, I'm willing to get the government job and still looking for better opportunity. All I will say is that if you have passion, then this university will help you a lot.

Placements: The placement ratio at IIT Patna is almost 84% (CPI 7 or above). In Computer Science, it is almost 100%. The companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ISRO, IOCL, Samsung R&D, Indian Oil, DRDO, Goldman Sachs, etc., visit every year for job offers and some of them also for internship offers. The average salary is about 12 Lacs. The highest salary this year is 40 Lacs in Adobe. The students are mainly placed in IT companies, research institutes like DRDO, Business firms and their respective core companies....

Placements: The placements of the students are good. Most of the students are placed during placement session. Various companies are hiring students every year, approximately 70-80 companies are there for placement and internship. Approximately, 80% of the students are placed, and rest are going for their higher studies.

Placements: As IITs are well-known institutions in the world, even after being a relatively newer IIT, IIT Patna has a great placement record with above 80% placements and 100% in CSE branch. Last year, the average package of CSE branch was whooping 14.28 LPA. One of our seniors has recieved a 2 crore per annum as the package from Google. Our training and placement cell assures the internship and the jobs for all the students.

Placements: Placements were decent, especially of the computer science branch. Particularly for computer science in our batch, the average salary was about 7-8 lakhs, the minimum was 6 lakhs and the maximum was 32 lakhs placed in Works Application. Almost all get placed in the computer science branch except 2-3 who themselves did not apply for placements for pursuing further higher studies, startups, or other plans. Placements: Placements here are quite good given that we are a new IIT. Average package for CSE department was approx 13 lakh for the year 2016. Students get placed in MNCs like Google, Amazon, Cisco and many more. A number of PSUs visited this year including Coal India, HPCL, BPCL and even ISRO visited our campus in 2016.

Placements: My batchmates and seniors were placed in renowned companies like TCS, ISRO, well-known universities, government jobs, etc. The highest package for my batch is 10 LPA and the average is 8 LPA. Lots of companies visited the campus like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Placements: The placement was very good. Out of 10 students, 5 students got placed in companies. The average salary package was around 7 lakhs and the highest package was around 10 lakhs. Students also applied for internships. They are getting a stipend of around Rs. 15000-25000.

Placements: The placement is excellent. Out of 12 students, 7 students got placed in companies and institutes. The average salary package was around 7 lakhs and the highest package was around 12 lakhs. The students did their internship and received a stipend of Rs. 15000-Rs. 18000.

Placements: The placement was excellent and most of the students got placed. Out of 12 students, 10 students got placed in companies. The average salary package was around 8 lakh and the highest package was around 10 lakh. The students went for an internship. They were getting a stipend around Rs. 25000-40000.

Placements: The placement was neither excellent nor too bad. Out of 10 students, 5 students got placed in companies. The average salary package was around 5.5 lakhs and the highest package was around 10 lakhs. The students who went for the internship were getting a stipend of around Rs. 15000-18000.

Placements: Placements are good for CSE branch and average for EE branch. Almost everyone got placed in CSE, whereas in EE, 70% got placed(almost IT companies). Final year students are already placed in many companies as of now. Every day many companies or industries visit for recruitment The highest salary for our department in core companies is 28 lpa.
