IIT Ropar Cutoff 2024: Check JEE Advanced Round Wise Closing Ranks

The IIT Ropar MSc cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1, wherein the M.Sc. in Chemistry is the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 406 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive course is M.Sc. in Mathematics with a cutoff rank of 425. So, candidates seeking admission to any of the MSc courses must secure a rank up to 425 to be eligible for IIT Ropar.

2. Search for a broader range ofinstitutes: If you have a poor score, you might consider applying to a larger range of institutes, including both top-ranked and lower-ranked ones. This will eventually increase your chances of being selected.

3. Concentrate more on other aspects: While a good GATE score is vital, it is not the only criteria to consider. Many institutes additionally look at your academic record, employment experience, general aptitude, and personality. To boost your chances of being selected, showcase your strengths in these areas.

4. Change your mindset, and try to give your best in the next attempt: If you have received a low score, you should consider preparing for the next GATE exam. You can use the time between now and the next exam to study and improve your skills, allowing you to get a higher score.
