I have done my B.Tech in electrical and electronics engineering during the period of 2012-2016.

Placements: Overall, the placement is below and is as low as 60%. As far as we talk about the branch wise placement, if a guy belongs to the computer science or the information technology, he is pretty likely to get placed if his marks are above 60%. And the bitter truth is, if you belong to the branches like the electrical, mechanical or civil, it is highly likely that you may suffer for getting your breakthrough. More or less the same holds for the electronic and communication too.

Satisfied by the college just because of placement and infrastructure.

Placements: IPEC is one of the well-reputed institutions in Ghaziabad. If we talk about the placement, the college provides placement mainly to that of computer science and information technology students. Various companies like Infosys, hestabit technologies, sopra steria, wingify etc. come for on-campus hiring or else students have to go for off campus. Around 70-80% of student get placed. The highest package offered is around 5 lakhs per annum, and the average is around 3 lakhs per annum, and the minimum...

Good placements in the session 2016-17

Placements: In this college, the placement percentage is quite good. The highest package offered is up to 30 lacs and the minimum package is around 1.5 lacs. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Grapecity, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. came for hiring students. Companies hired students as software engineer, assistant and gave some training for setting their job role.

Inderprastha Engineering College: Is it really good?

Placements: The placements are average in the college, likes of which can be found in nearly every respected private college affiliated to AKTU. Although I should say that for computer science and IT students, it's a better chance here as most of the companies that visit for campus placements are of IT sector. The average of computer science placements is 110%. That means that one student has a chance of being selected for more than one job. There are some outstanding placements as a student last year got s...

College infrastructure and placement should be Improved.

Placements: The placement for our batch was not that much good as we expected. It's true that last year placement was good. But, this year, number of students is low as compared to previous year. The highest salary offered is 6.5 lacs per annum, lowest was 1.2 lacs per annum, and the average salary was about 2 lacs per annum. The company visited our campus was Infy, R Systems, Sopra Steria, Cavisson, SysTools, etc. and there were many pool campus in other colleges, i.e. IBM, HCl, Amazon, Indian Navy, etc. T...

Placements: The placements are held in our college and are going on for the senior batch. Around 80 percent of the students placed. The average salary offered was 3.5 LPA, the companies like Amazon, Paytm, Infosys, etc., visited the campus. The internship is also provided, and around 80 percent students got the internship.

The location is good and the college as well. The placements are satisfactory.

Placements: The placements were quite good. Many companies visited and selected many students. However, the average package offered was approximately Rs. 3.0 lakhs per annum. Some companies like Adobe also offered the package around Rs. 22 lakhs per annum, but no one was selected for that company. Most of the eligible students are placed in on-campus placement.

Exceptional quality of education but they need to work on the placement scenario of core branches.

Placements: The placement scenario of the college for civil engineering is not good. Hardly, 2-3 small level construction companies visit the college for placement. Mostly, civil engineering students get placed in IT sector, and only a few are placed in the core industry.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, not so good placements in 2016, good infrastructure

Placements: In the civil branch, placements were not good, not even for our seniors' batch. Not all companies visited the campus, only a few did that is only 3-4 companies and that also not for civil. Only 3-4% students were placed and the salary offered was not good enough too.

Satisfactory because of facilities and faculty

Placements: Placements were good for the senior batches but not so good for my batch. Only a meagre ten percent of the students were placed from my batch. The average salary offered was 2.5 lacs per annum. Merino Enterprises, Shotam Instruments Private Limited, Infosys, Earth Infrastructure, etc. were some of the companies which visited the college.

Inderprastha Engineering College.

Placements: The placement of CS and IT branches is really amazing. More than one hundred companies visit every year for CS and IT and almost everyone gets placed. ECE has slightly lower placement as compared to CS and IT since most of the companies visiting here are IT companies. No core electronics companies come here since it's a tier-2 college and core ECE companies only go to tier-1 colleges, so we ECE students have no choice but to get absorbed in the IT sector. Those who want to get into public sector...

College is good with knowledgeable faculty.

Placements: Overall, campus placements of our college are quite good for those who are deserving. Various companies come to our college and offer a nice package as well. As much as I remember, there was a company who offered approximately 7.5 lacs, so it is good, but specifically, if you come to mechanical and civil engineering branches, it is not so good. Placements: The placements are good if you maintain the mandatory percentage required to sit for the placement. About an average of 80% students get placed. The highest package was 4-5 lacs per anum, the lowest package was about 1.5-2 lacs per annum and the average salary offered was about 3 lacs per anum. Several companies visit the campus like Infosys, HCL, Mahindra Tech, etc. But due to very less number of core companies visiting, the placement in core companies is hard. Overall, IPEC is quite good compared to other colleges in NCR region. Placement was average in 2015.

Placements: The placement of my batch was average. Out of 55 students in my branch, 15 were placed in Infosys. Salary offered by Infosys was 3.5 lpa. Mainly Infosys visited for mass recruitment. Around 120 students in total got placed in Infosys. The company offered the role of a software trainee. The college did not offer any kind of internship.

Placements: Placement for CSE department is quite good. Every average student is placed and some have 2-3 offers in their hand. Overall placement is about 80% as far as I know. Placements of the last batch were also very good. All the big names in the IT industry like Infosys, Rsystems, Sopra Steria and CSC visit our college for placements.

Placements: It has a very good placement record for computer science and IT departments. Near about 60+ companies already visited the campus. About other streams, companies visited the college but mass recruitment did not take place. The maximum companies that visited were IT companies. Most students have already got a placement. Placements: The placement is pretty decent for computer science, information technology and other computer related branches but quite low for mechanical engineering and civil engineering for 2016 batch. Not a lot of companies visit the campus for mechanical students. Army and Navy did come in 3rd year for all branches.
