This college should focus on providing good internships.

Placements: The average salary package offered is 5.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Code, EPAM, etc., visit our campus regularly for recruitment. In terms of internships, the college lacks behind as of now but things are getting better with time.

Good college to take admission.

Placements: Placement is okay like most of the companies that visit campus are mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package last year was 10 lacs and the lowest package was around 2 lacs and one sad thing is that no company visit campus for internships.

Placements: About 80% students get placed this year. Average Package around 3 to 4 LPA offered by technical companies. TCS, Capgemini, Accenture are some major companies on campus. Around 90% students got their Internship. software developer and software engineer trainee are the jobs offered.

It is average as some teachers are not good and just do jobs for money. But it has good placements.

Placements: Our college is good. Students get the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the highest salary package of 13 LPA. TCS is the topmost recruiter here. B.Tech course offers most jobs from our college, and about 40% of students got placements from here. Java-related roles are offered mostly in our course of the college.

Dissatisfied with the placement in 2015.

Placements: There are no placements in this college. Students are highly disappointed by the placements. College doesn't work for the student's career as they work for their welfare. Very few companies visited the campus for placements, and that offered not many prominent roles to placed students. Salary packages were also low. There is a placement cell but lacks in proper working. The students themselves have to search for the internships as college doesn't provide much support in these areas.

Our college is good only at infrastructure. It should take care of the student's future.

Placements: Our college has an average placement record. From our branch, only 50-60 students out of 240 students, are doing some good jobs and the rest are moving somewhere else. A student requires a good placement in the end, but in my college, there are no good placements. The placement percentage is about 12 - 18% including all the branches.

The overall performance of college is fair and it should work on its company pulling techniques.

Placements: Placements are very good here but this year not a single company has arrived. Otherwise the campus is having a very good reputation and we are hoping that some technicals will appear. The placements were always the center of attraction for various kinds of students. An average CGPA of 6 can let u eligible for the campus placements. The highest salary package given was 4.3 lacs per annum and the lowest is around 1.2 lacs per annum. Top companies like TCS, techmahindra and other it based companies...

Overall, this is an average college.

Placements: The placement and job opportunities in this college are not really good. It lacks in this aspect. Here some software companies came for placement, but they did not take many students, and the package was around Rs. 3,00,000. The companies which visited the college were TCS, Collabera etc.

Best infrastructure, but very less placements.

Placements: The placements in my batch were below average. The placements of our seniors were okay. The total number of students finally placed is very less as compared to the number of students enrolled. Around 60% - 70% are unemployed after the completion of their degree. The highest package received by a single student in my term in the college was around Rs. 4,50,000 per year. The handful of students which are placed have an average package of around Rs. 1,20,000 per year. Mostly IT companies and BPO se...

Good infrastructure and facilities. Faculty are average and the students have to rely on the exams.

Placements: In 2015, the placements of the campus were moderate. Combining all the branches, there were around 100 students who got placed in MNCs. The highest package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest was 1.8 LPA, and the average salary was 3.6 LPA. The major job profiles were of a software engineer.

Huge college with large campus and has a less qualified faculty members.

Placements: The placements were good before, but in the last two years, the placements were bad. Now, the college is sold to a much bigger group, so I think placements will be better again. The companies come for placements like TCS, Mahindra, and few more reputed firms are expecting shortly. I wish it will happen in the next year.

Review of Indore Institute of Science and Technology.

Placements: The placements are not much good. About 100 companies visit the college, which offer the salary of Rs. 12,000. After investing 8 lakhs as the college fee, the job you get in placements is a BPO profile with a salary of Rs. 12,000. I don't recommend anyone to take admission in this college. ECE faculty are good and very helpful, but you should never expect anything from the students section and administration. They will never help you.

Good campus and a great place to chill but not a great place to study. Placements are next to nil.

Placements: The placement drive was not at all up to the mark. Being from the civil stream, we did not get any technical companies during the campus drive. The placement percentage is very low. Most of the companies that did visit were BPOs. It is not a great college for campus recruitment. Mostly CS branch students were selected and companies offered around 1.2 to 2 lakhs maximum. I Would not recommend this to anyone. Open campus drives are the best way top look for a job from the end of your 3rd year. The...

The college is just right to earn your degree.

Placements: The placement drives held were minimum in number for core jobs. The maximum number of drives held was for other companies of IT sector etc. I got placed in TCS and some of my friends too. The college gives immense opportunities to get placed, although not compulsorily in core profession job.

Placements: The placements for our batch or our senior batch were not so good as only around 30-40% students got placed. The highest package was of 5 lac and lowest of 1.2 lac. Companies that visited the campus are TCS, Collabera and some market research companies. Roles offered to students were of engineer and technical assistant. Students did not get an internship from the college.

IIST comes under top 10 private engineering colleges of Indore and that was the reason I chose it. However, there is a lack of faculty members in mechanical department and most of them were M.Tech pursuing. But the institute has got the best infrastructure among its category. In terms of placements, there is a lack of opportunities and only TCS is the best recruiter and the designations other companies provide does not relate with technical part. Excellent college campus. College has been awarded “Green Campus” in Indore. It is in the list of top 10 institutions in Indore. There are many facilities provided by the college including laboratories, library, workshops etc. But the college needs more experienced faculty members. IIST is an average college of Indore. Mechanical is the best among all courses. Sports activity is better in compare to other colleges. Campus is beautiful or we can say it is best campus in M.P. in private sector. College has separate field for each game. I study by IT stream but faculty of IT does not fulfill the criteria of being called as faculty.
