Placements: I am from the 2021 batch, and there is a Covid-19 phase, so none of the companies visited the campus. The majority of B.Sc students want to pursue masters only, so this doesn't affect much. But students who want to work after placements, this is not the place. Our college doesn't provide internships to you, and you have to search for them on your own.
Placements: Some students get placed. The fee structure range from Rs. 30,000. Some companies visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 20-30% of the students get internships. It is applicable in human development, human resource management, communication, and fashion. This course is also applicable in social work and radio jockey.
Placements: Placements and internship opportunities are not provided by our college. Our college has a placement cell, but it will not provide you with companies related to your course. Basically, you have to pursue masters or some higher studies to get placed. Our college provides a nice workshop experience to get to know your subject.
Placements: We get internship offers, but they are either unpaid or include marketing. Our seniors said that it is not very good in providing placements. Teachers don't look into recruiting matters. There's a placement cell in college called Eminence and is run by the students themselves.
Placements: Please look for the fees breakup in additional information given by me. My batchmates didn't apply for placement in any company. Indeed many of them applied for M.Sc. Course in many institutions and some of them waved their paths to government exam preparation. Maximum of us got enrolled in many institutes such as Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Delhi University, University of Hyderabad and many other central universities. I myself got enrolled at BHU. Two of my classmates are doing master's fr...
Placements: About 99% of the students from our course got placed. There is no academic percentage issue to get internships. There are all the top courses in our college, and B.A (Hons) journalism is the best course in our college among all courses. Faculty members are good and very friendly with students.
Placements: Approximately, 30% of the students were placed from our course, the rest preferred pursuing higher education. Most of the students in the home Science field are placed in organisations such as AIIMS Fab India, MASH Project, Presidium school etc. Internship fair is organised every year in the month of January - February in which maximum students are offered internships at companies like ResuMod, CareerhereFord, India Lost and Found and NGOs such as HamSab, Jazbaa, GreenPeace etc.
Placements: As it is an undergraduate course, placement is not there. You can try placements externally. Companies will recruit you as it is a demanding course. Biotechnology sector is growing at a fast rate. Companies like Nestle, PepsiCo, pharmaceutical companies will hire you.
Placements: After completing bachelor's, students usually need to pursue a master's before they can apply for a placement. Placements offered are usually in colleges as professors or as researchers in hospitals or research labs. Even internships are from hospitals and clinics and not from specific companies.
Placements: As B.Sc. students we don't get placement opportunities. The college offers Masters in various courses and the placement rate is good with decent stater packages. Food and nutrition course has the maximum chances of placement followed by fashion department.
Placements: No placement is offered particularly in this course by this college. Internships are done on student's self approach. It's better to opt for B.Tech in food technology from any prestigious institute like niftem, Sonipat. B.Tech graduates are more preferred over B.Sc. ones.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Sc in home science, and I am in my 2nd year. There are placement facilities for students. Companies visit here to select students for providing jobs to them through internships. The highest salary offered varies from Rs. 35,000-45,000 per month and the lowest salary offered varies from Rs. 8,000-12,000 per month.
Placements: The placement cell of IHE is active and plays an important role in securing placements for students and provides various employment opportunities. It tries to bridge the gap between academics and industries. The committee is involved in inviting various employers to the institute.
Placements: Getting placed was a little difficult task for graduate students, so they opt for post graduation. Jobs offered on graduation basis are not long-lasting, so it's always advisable to go for a Masters so that you can have better opportunities and you can become a quick learner.
Placements: There is no placement cell for B.Sc, biochemistry (Hons.) course. But there are placement cells for other courses such as food technology, mass communication, etc., and students of those courses were offered good salary packages. A placement cell is very important for any reputed college. The students of B.Sc, biochemistry (Hons.) get summer internships on their own.
Placements: Placements at IHE are not very good as very few companies turned up to the college because of less exposure and popularity. It is the second college after Lady Irwin college (LIC) which is providing B.Sc. in Home sceince under Delhi university but due to less fame, there are less placements as compared to LIC. The college has a placement cell which has placement partners like Frankfinn, Godrej and various NGOs. But good placements and internships are provided to the B. El. Ed. Department and Jo...
Placements: The placements were really poor in this year. Not many schools visited the campus. About 2-3 schools turned up for placements. 1-2 students got placed. The salary offered is average. The placements are quite important for freshers, yet this year, not many schools turn up for placements in BEE department.
Placements: The students are placed in companies like Nestle. Also get jobs in corporate houses. At a minimum wage of 10 to 15,000 per month. The placement cell is there in college which works on the placements of the students and companies too. The placements are not soo much in our college few companies visited here due to less fame and exposure.
Placements: The placements are good. Reputed companies participate in hiring talented youths of our college. Good salary is also provided. Several internships are also provided, and starting stipend will be from Rs. 1000 and boosting students morale which is beneficial for students.
Placements: Since we are the first journalism batch, I can't comment on the placements of 2019. Various internships were offered in the just 1st semester that too in good organisations such as breakthrough, empower NGO. The college is trying their best to offer us the best possible opportunity.
