I had a good experience as the faculty was great. You get to know the various things over here.

Placements: The placements on the campus were great. Approximately, 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary was 25K per month, and the lowest was 12.5K per month. The companies like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Nandos, Dominos, MCD, etc., visit the campus. The lowest stipend was 1K per month, and the highest stipend was 5K per month. Almost, everyone gets placements for the internship. They do have a placement cell, which is useful for the students.

Decent college and worth for its name and fame.

Placements: Nice placements and gives the student a very great opportunity to interact with a great company and give them a chance to go to. The desired hotel is also there, and they give many other career guidelines, and you can take any job you want although placements are not 100% guaranteed, but only to the student, those who are capable of getting the job.

Good placements, corporate exposure, and great faculty in the college.

Placements: The placement percentage of the college is very good, above 90% every year. The lowest salary offered was 15000 INR per month, and the highest salary was 35000 INR per month. For the campus interviews, good hotel chains such as Taj, Marriott, IBIS, etc., and the restaurant chains like McDonald's, Cafe coffee day, Starbucks, etc., come to interview the students. All students scoring above 90% are given scholarship and stipend is around 20000 INR, the college also has a dedicated placement cell wh...

I'm totally satisfied with the college. It helped me groom my self completely and gave confidence.

Placements: The placement is very good. A Minimum of 50 companies come here every year. I got placed in Club Mahindra through the MHSET exam in Mumbai. I worked for one and a half years in that company; it was a great experience. And, almost every student got placed through the college placements. The students from the passed out batches of our college came back as the recruiters to us. It was very motivating for all of us.

Hoteliers' experience of Goa.

Placements: The placements are decent at IHM Goa. Around 70-80 percent of the batch was placed. The highest package was offered by Bestseller. There are Taj, Oberoi, Park, Radisson, McDonald's, Starbucks, Dominos visiting the campus. All the students get an internship, however, you have to scout for it. Only those who are unable to find a hotel are given an assistance. The stipend is on the basis of hotel and industry standard.

It is the best college for Hotel Management in India with an excellent faculty. Be advised though, the college is a lot of work. Monday to Friday (9-5). It has a decent infrastructure. College coursework can sometimes seem redundant as practical life is much different from theory.

IHM Goa is a nice college.

Placements: Almost all the students in my class had placements, and the highest package was six Lacs per annum, and the lowest was 3,60,000 per annum. Top recruiting companies, Taj, Marriott, and ITC, were the best companies that came to the college for campus recruitment.

Good college with good placements.

Placements: The placements were organized and planned really well. It is the reflection of how much effort our college and other faculty member have taken towards placements. Top organizations in the field of hospitality visited our campus for interview procedures. That would include big brands like taj Hyatt Oberoi and so on.
