Direct admission to IMED Pune depends on the programme you are interested in. Students who want to enroll in undergraduate programs such as BBA and BCA must attempt the B-UMAT entrance exam. Based on the merit list, they will get admission. But for graduates with a BCA or BSc degree with at least 50% aggregate, the institute also offers direct admission into the second year of MCA. • BBA/BCA: For admission to BBA and BCA courses, candidates must produce a valid score in the Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (BUMAT).
• MBA/MCA: For admission to MBA and MCA courses, candidates must secure a minimum required score in the Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (BMAT).
• PhD: For admissions to PhD, IMED Pune considers a score of a centralized entrance exam followed by a personal interview session. Candidates who qualified UGC-NET (including JRF/AYUSH-NET)/ UGC - CSIR NET (including JRF/SLET/ GATE /GPAT/Project Fellows /Teacher fellowship or DST inspire fellowship, DBT fellowship, or Quality improvement programme (QIP)/ National Doctoral Fellowship Scheme (NDF) are exempted from the entrance exam.
