B.A. LL.B. at Institute of Management Education - A Good Choice?

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:

Placement and Internship Opportunities:
* No placements or internships provided by the college itself, except for self-initiated internships.
* However, some students were able to secure internships with organizations like Patiala House Court and Sake Court in New Delhi.
* None of the students got placed, and no one received a salary package.

Teaching Quality and Support:
* Teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but may not always be available for guidance.
* Some teachers have published books, and their teaching methods are effective in helping students understand complex topics.
* However, teachers may leave the college due to low salaries.

Infrastructural Facilities:
* Classrooms are average, with occasional power outages.
* Library facilities are good, but there is no discipline within the library.
* Food served in the canteen is expensive, and there are limited options available.
* Hostel facility is not available.

Campus Life and Events:
* Fests are primitive, and events are not frequently organized.
* Campus crowd is not particularly good, and there is no student body for better communication between students and faculty.

Curriculum Relevance:
* Course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for future careers in law.
* However, the course duration is lengthy (5 years), which may not be ideal for some students.

Conclusion:
While the institute may not offer placements or internships, it seems to provide a good educational foundation for law students. The teachers are generally helpful, and the library facilities are adequate. However, the lack of infrastructural amenities, such as hostels and wi-fi, and the poor campus environment may be drawbacks. Overall, whether or not B.A. LL.B. at Institute of Management Education is a good choice ultimately depends on individual priorities and expectations.

A:
{Source: B.A. LL.B. students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.A. LL.B. Courses

Based on the reviews provided, we can summarize the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. LL.B. courses at Institute of Management Education as follows:

* Placement record: According to one reviewer, "During placement time college makes a team of placement cell, faculty members and 2 students from every batch work together so that every student gets placement easily." This suggests that the college has a dedicated placement cell that works towards securing jobs for its students.
* Placement percentage: Another reviewer mentions that "From our batch, about 75% of students get placement through campus drive," indicating a relatively high placement rate.
* Internship opportunities: Although the reviewers mentioned that the college provides internships, these are mostly unpaid. However, this highlights the effort made by the college to provide hands-on experience to its students.

Overall, while the placement cell may have some limitations (such as providing mostly unpaid internships), it appears to be effective in securing jobs for a significant number of students (around 75%). Additionally, the college's efforts to provide internship opportunities demonstrate its commitment to helping students gain practical experience in their field.

Q:   Is Institute of Management Education good for B.Com?

A:
{Source: B.Com students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from former students and alumni, here's a summary of the institute's strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths:
* Helpful and knowledgeable faculty members who provide excellent support and guidance.
* Good infrastructure with modern amenities, including a library, labs, and a cafeteria.
* Opportunities for extracurricular activities, such as annual functions, sports weeks, and cultural events.
* Friendly and approachable staff, with a good student-faculty ratio.

Weaknesses:
* Limited placement opportunities, with mostly small-scale companies visiting the campus.
* Low average salary packages, ranging from INR2.5 Lacs to INR3 Lacs per annum.
* Lack of industry exposure and internship opportunities.

Overall, while Institute of Management Education may excel in terms of academic support and infrastructure, its placement record leaves room for improvement. Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2025

The worst decision of mine is to take admission in this college!
Placements: Placements are not so decent. For Marketing, the placement rate is 35 percent. For other specializations, the placement rate fluctuates between 40-50 percent. Well-reputed companies like Nestlé, etc., come on campus. No one from my batch got an internship, and one of my acquaintances got a 3 LPA package.
Infrastructure: The college campus is small. Classrooms are good. A water purifier isn't installed on every floor; only one water station is there where there is a rush all the time. The canteen is good, but it becomes too crowded during lunch break, and finding an empty chair is hard during this time. Hygiene is maintained on campus. There isn't much greenery on campus.
Faculty: I am doing BCA from IME College in Informatics Practices specialization. It's affiliated with CCS University but is an autonomous institute. The curriculum is updated for the latest industry requirements. The faculty conducts exams every month, but the students' results are not good.
Other: I would not prefer any of my acquaintances and loved ones to visit there for admission.

No fest, no social life, no placement. If no lectures then go home.
Placements: Well, to be honest, our college doesn't give any placement opportunities and there are no companies which come for recruitment from our course. There are no internship opportunities, you have to find them on your own just like many of my batchmates did.
Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is not that bad. There is a library from which we can issue books and a proper Wi-Fi-enabled computer lab with more than 150 computers. There's a cafeteria as well which offers a wide variety of products. There's no hostel facility available.
Faculty: I'm a final-year student and all I can say is the old faculty was not enough qualified to be called a professor, they were not friendly enough to have a healthy conversation. But the new faculty is really helpful, knowledgeable and holds industry-level experience.
Other: I chose BCA as this course comes with a lot of opportunities in IT felid. The course curriculum is of ancient times and there isn't any specialisation. However, Java and core software engineering subjects are good and give you a chance to compete in today's tech world. What could be improved is new specialisation courses and batches and they also provide internship and placement opportunities. Also, they don't organize any fest, student selection or any particular events except annual functions and sports events. Yes, there's a scholarship programme named the Radhika scholarship which is truly beneficial for the students who have scored more than 75% and that is the best thing about our college.

Good law college in Ncr compare to others .
Placements: There is no placement in this college. The students get internship with senior advocates In various courts in delhi and North . In the course of law no recruiter hire us . Students find job by their own . This college is affiliate with ccs university.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facilities in this college. Although lots of students from various states are studying here . They all find paying guest by their own . Classroom are big . Medical facilities available in college . There is only basketball playground.
Faculty: Faculty members are best plus point in this college . They are qualified and very polite . They provide semester notes . And help in every situation related syllabus . They are very professional and punctual with time . They are also help students in practical training .
Other: I am very passionate about law since my 10+2 I want to serve the society. And also want do law from this college because this college is near from my home location . This course need some practical improvement.

Best college in terms of affordability.
Placements: For placements, you have to go outside the college. The placements are not good here; only 10-20% of students get placements, and their average package is only 1.5 LPA. So, you have to study very attentively to get placements from the college. Otherwise, you have to go through off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The building is normal, not too much hi-fi. Classrooms are decent, and the lab is good. The libraries are quite big; they have almost all types of books and provide a quiet place to study. There is a small playground as well where you can play volleyball, tennis, and there is a basketball court too.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and supportive. All are highly qualified for their roles and are supportive to every student. The teachers are also experienced according to their job profile. There are also tests happening between semesters for preparation of the course.
Other: There are lots of curriculum activities happening almost every months And also events are also held.

I am not satisfied with this college.
Placements: Around 1-2% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Few top recruiting companies visit our college for recruitment. Around 4-5 students got placed in this course.
Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Laboratories are decent. Classrooms are well-maintained. There is a decent library in this college. Canteen is not available. The food quality is average. Medical facilities are not available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are very good.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in software industries.
