One of the top colleges in Odisha, with great faculty but inflated fees.

Placements: Placements for our batch was average but it was better for our senior batch. Being from mechanical branch, we did not have any companies for roles in this domain, which was disappointing. Other than this there were multiple IT companies who hired from across domains. The exact offers can be disclosed by the placement team. As for the internships, the college does not offer any one. Students often choose to do their internship at the end of 3rd year in a firm of their choice. There is a placement...

Information about the college- faculty members, placements and great infrastructure.

Placements: The placement standards in ITER are drastically increase. The percentage of placed students goes on increasing every year. In 2016, 875 students got placed in TCS which is a record ITER holds. The number of companies visiting ITER also keeps on increasing. The placement cell has a great unit here in ITER.

A place from where you can get knowledge.

Placements: As a mechanical student, I would say that there are a very less number of companies who are visiting for recruitment, and there is no special placement system for M.Tech. Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T and other core companies are visiting the nearby college. Although all IT-based companies are recruiting many students. There is no such facility for core branches. Mixed review with good infrastructure and placements can be better.

The college has really good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements were really good. Companies like Deloitte, Paypal, Adobe, TEKsystems, Calsoft, Tech Mahindra Capgemini and Cognizant had come to our college for recruitment. How B.Tech become worthless.

Placements: In our batch of 2017 the placement percentage was around 65% of the total who got placed and the remaining were remain unplaced among which some of them didn't even attend the placement procedures as they were preparing for their higher studies. Most of the companies were only giving eligibility for the computer Science students. For other branch students like mechanical and civil they didn't even got any chance for any placement and at the end they end up with some fake placements which led to ...

Review of Institute of Technical Education and Research.

Placements: I got placed in Tata Consultancy Services. Placements were good for my batch. Various companies visited the campus to recruit students. The average package offered ranged from 3-6 LPA. There is a placement cell which takes care of inviting different companies to the campus. They also conduct grooming sessions for students.

One of the best colleges in Bhubaneswar to study in.

Placements: Placements in ITER are good. In my batch as well as in my senior batch around 85% - 90% batch got placed. There is training and placement cell which helps students to get placed. Most of the students get placed in IT firms. TCS, Wipro, Infosys are among the major recruiters which visit the campus for placements. The average package normally lies I between 4 - 5 Lacs per annum. For internships normally students find there own internships. ITER is considered as one of the best colleges in Bhubanes...

The life at Inter was great and the college and is one of the best decision of my life.

Placements: Placements are almost as good as the college promised in the starting of the course. The college had promised us to provide 100% placements and I can say almost all of us got placed. The placements in our time was much better than our previous batch and has improved even more over the years. The highest salary in our time was 14 Lacs per annum and the lowest that went was 3.45 Lacs per annum. Companies like Flipkart, Deloitte, TCS, Mu Sigma, Infosys & many more. The best place to gain knowledge.

Placements: Placements for our batch were not that good as compared to our seniors. Around 50%-60% of the students were placed. The highest salary package was offered by Amazon. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Companies like CTC, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, and Standard Chart., etc., visited the campus for placements. Roles like tester and developer were offered to the students.

I'm dissatisfied with faculty, but placements in 2019, infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Placements for our batch have been very good. About 80%-90% of the students got placed in reputed companies. Now they all are working in their respective companies as a permanent employee. Before that, our senior batch's placement rate was around 70%-80%.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, placements in 2015, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Mass recruiters of our college were IT companies. Our college doesn't offer internship opportunities. The placements department was very active and are concerned about the students' careers. Placement department also provides training so that students don't face any problem during recruitment.

Dissatisfied with the college because of placements.

Placements: Placements in the college were not good for our batch. Reputed companies like TCS, Wipro and many more visited our campus for recruitment. Placements for our senior batch were better than our batch because M.Tech students got a chance to attend the placements drives. But for our batch, only B.Tech students were allowed for placements.

Placements: Placements for our batch are going smoothly, and the placements for our senior batch were a bit dull. Around 70-80% of the students get placed from the college. The highest salary package offered this year is 10 LPA by Microsoft, the average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Overall, my experience in the college during my tenure was good.

Placements: In my batch, recruitment in the software sector was excellent, but it was not good for the core sector. If you wish to get placed a core sector job on the campus drive, then this college is not for you. The teachers will train you for competitive exams, but you have to get scores and crack government exams on your own.

Its a decent college with proper education system and an average placement record.

Placements: Placements were quite decent for both our and senior batch. Around 80% of students were placed from both batches with an average salary of nearly 3L/annum. Big tech giants like TCS, Infy, cognizant, HCL etc. Came for placement. Mainly developer and testing jobs were offered in high numbers.

Students will have a really good time studying at ITER.

Placements: A good number of students get placed from ITER every year. The year I joined, above 90% of the students got placed in good companies. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Amazon, etc. recruit students from ITER. There is a placement cell that looks after the recruitments. Apart from that, there is no internship facility. However, the college will allow you to do an internship on your own.

Best in facilities & faculty members but lacks in placement.

Placements: Placement for my batch were average with around 60% of the students getting placed but most of the offers were from IT service provider like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. Which offered a package of around 3LPA, while few students also got good roles with package around 5-6LPA but that were very less. A brief review of ITER, SOA University.

Placements: Placements for our previous batch were decent. Our batch placements were better with offers from Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, GyanSys, etc. Among other companies. Mostly these companies offered Systems Engineer roles. There was no scope of internship from the college and hence people are did their internships with external firms.
