The infrastructure and library are excellent. The teaching quality and placement is average.

Placements: ITER has average placement scenario. In the previous year, 196 students were placed out of 300. Many multinational companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Mahindra and Mahindra visit this college for placements. Minimum package offered here is 4 lacs per annum, and the highest package is 12 lacs per annum.

I am satisfied because of the course, faculty, final year project and placements.

Placements: I got placed in TCS. Placements in our college were very good for our batch and for our seniors as well. Non-career candidates had a tough time getting placements as there were not many companies willing to hire them. About 876 students from our batch only got placed in TCS. Overall, about 1,400 got placed. By keeping track of the ongoing placements of our college, we could see that the placements had dropped significantly for our juniors, including our immediate juniors, which is subject to pro...

ITER is good college for the students serious about career and higher studies.

Placements: Average companies are regular. Good companies like delloite take the good students. Also the highest package was 14lakhs per annum by Amazon. The students strong in coding got good jobs with 6 to 7 Lacs per annum salary, but the average ones were recruited by mass recruiters.

Honest review about ITER, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: Placement used to be good 3-years back but since last 2-years, placements have degraded up to a great extent. Not a lot of reputed companies come here for placement process. Mass recruiters pick a maximum of 150 students. That's totally insane. Last year, Infosys took just 145 students. It's too less as compared to different private engineering colleges.

Overall a good college with good placement opportunities.

Placements: Placements are good. One can expect an annual pay of INR 3,60,000 on average through companies like TCS save by if you have a backlog. Mechanical and Computer Science engineering fetch greater placement record, so if anyone wishing to join ITER should try for these branches.

Top University in Odisha.

Placements: Placement is good here. Many companies are visiting here but with low packages. Only a few have high packages. More than 80% placed every year. The highest salary offered here was 14 LPA and the average is about 4 LPA, the lowest offer is 2.5 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, Accenture, Delloite and others.

Placements: I am placed in jade global don't know when it going to call us in the company. I am waiting for the call letter early. The highest paid company are Adobe, Direct, Amazon. This year in Adobe and Direct no students got placed unfortunately but in Amazon 5 of our students from CSE got placed. They are doing 5 months internship getting paid 40k.

Nice facilities, infrastructure and teaching but the placements are less.

Placements: The placements are average, here companies visit but in less quantity. Most of the companies are of IT sector, but mechanical students are strugling here, either you have to go for IT or remain jobless/unemployed. If you want to join this college, don't come here for core branches and for IT it is good.

A college with both pros and cons.

Placements: Placements in this college have been better than most colleges in this region. It also falls under the best placement in the eastern zone. Around 60% students were placed. The highest salary being 24 Lacs from Amazon And the lowest being 2.25 Lacs. The average salary is around 3 Lacs. Internships are made available almost all the students after they have completed their 3rd year. Yes there is a placement cell and it ensures that students sit in the maximum possible company exams and interviews.

Dissatisfied with the placement process on the campus.

Placements: I didn't get any placements on the campus. The quality of placement training programme is poor as they only focus on core subjects. The teaching quality in domain areas are good, but they should give more focus on students for their placement training programme also. They allowed cheating in placements. To show their placement status, they provide fake placements also.

The review on one of the engineering college in ITER, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: The placement for our batch was good. TCS was the mass recruiter for us, who recruited nearly 800 students from our batch. The highest salary offered was by Deloitte that is of 6 LPA. But still, the placement was not 100% for our batch. In our batch, only one mass recruiter came.

Best college of Eastern India.

Placements: At least 50 companies are came to my college. 30% placements provided by my college. Some national level companies which are best hire our college students and give opportunity to work with them. Our senior batch students are very happy with their placements.

The institute is very good and students can develop their career.

Placements: I got placement in Wipro. Our additional Dean had given full efforts and gave is full placement training for us. The teaching is also good. Almost 90 percent students get placed. Students can also participate in tech fest and grow their talents and can learn new technologies.

This is the best college, and it is in the 1st position in Odisha as per the UGC.

Placements: There are opportunities provided by good companies across India to get placed. But, almost all the companies are software-based companies. There is less chance to get a job in a core company in this college because, in this college, very less number of core companies visit the campus.

One of the best institute in eastern india beating kiit, good campusing in technical branches only.

Placements: Placement was moderate. Basically new startup company came, the CSE branch gets the best placement in the college annually and as per the reports out of 320 students of CSE 260 was placed. The technical fields gets the best placement. The package starts from normally 4 to 8 Lacs per annum. Recently amazon took 8 students giving 18 to 20 Lacs per annum.

ITER will teach you what life is.

Placements: You don't have to worry about your placement if you are a deserving student and if you are in CSE/IT/EC branch, as they are eligible for every company. In our time, around 35-40 IT companies came. But if you are in core branches like civil/mechanical/EE, then you have to work hard. Remember nothing is impossible at ITER, as am from civil and I got one placement. I will recommend if you are going for ITER go for CSE. And regarding internships and training, you have to apply on your own.

Though the campus is small, it always searches for the best.

Placements: ITER is one of the best colleges in Orissa. Its placements are good with handy packages, but most of the companies are IT based. Apart from it, internally they are working hard to bring more core companies for better placement of students of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.
