Jan Nayak Ch. Devi Lal Memorial College Of Engineering is a good college.
Placements: Many companies came there, and they gave around 50 jobs in a single branch. The TPO of JCD is very skilled. He provided lots of information about the new organisations. The infrastructure is not good because they lack money, and they do not give proper time to students for extra curricular activities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor, and the college faculty has no experience about their core subjects, and they have lack of money because the college is under a charitable trust that's why they are unable to provide good infrastructure. The only thing good in the college was their students.
Faculty: The faculty members are very bad. They did not have information about the course, but the library is very good. They have proper books, and the library staff is also helping the students for a new book and encourage to read articles and principal is a very experienced person.

No interest shown by the faculty and management despite all the facilities being available.
Placements: Very few companies visited our campus but the students were able to find jobs by visiting other campuses. About 10% students were placed by on-campus placements and another 50% by off-campus. The lowest salary was Rs. 5000 and the highest salary was Rs. 15000. Some small start-ups visited our college. Roles like tech support, call center executives, and junior developers were offered. None of the students got an internship from the college.
Infrastructure: We had facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, and class rooms, large library and book bank, on campus emergency room and doctors, adequate sports, and gym infrastructure, on campus bank, post office, loan facility, large shopping area, etc. The labs and classrooms were adequately equipped. The quality of food in the canteen was good and hygienic. The hostel rooms were good but the toilets were filthy and the mess food was pathetic. No further issues.
Faculty: The quality of the faculty was very poor. Some of them were not even interested in teaching. All the faculty members were post graduates but had poor knowledge. Blackboards and chalk were used i.e. the primitive method of teaching. The student to faculty ratio was 60:1. We got no industry exposure in the college. The course curriculum was useful.

Other: There are no proper placements available in the college, as they only invite BPOs for the interviews to show some campus placement drives. The infrastructure is good and the faculty team is average. But, one thing to mention is that they do not give good internal marks and even some teachers here enjoy by not giving the internal marks.

Other: College is located in Sirsa and is affiliated to GJU University. College is good to pursue studies. All the facilities provided by the college are good along with nice and big infrastructure. There is also a stadium which is used to play cricket matches.

JCDCOE is the best campus.
Placements: There are no placements in our batch, but 2-3 of our seniors were placed. Many companies visited our college, but they cannot select any student from our batch. Our seniors are selected with a minimum salary package of 2.5 LPA. Some students are also offered with a salary package of up to 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good with best facilities. There is a cricket ground, volleyball ground, basketball court, badminton court, football ground and archery, and a coach is also available. There is also a cricket coach, volley coach, badminton coach and football coach. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, well-qualified, and all the staff members are NET qualified. They have much knowledge about the subject and other social knowledge. Teachers use practical methods for teaching, and the student-teacher ratio is 20:1. I didn't get industry exposure.
