I am happy and satisfied by faculty and infrastructure but disappointed because of the placements.

Placements: It is so disappointing to hear that there are no placements provided by the college after B.Sc. in mathematics. There are no internships also for our course. The students have to find jobs and internships by themselves. After completion of your B.Sc. degree, you can get a job as a teacher, statistician, or data analyst in government services. You can also try some jobs in the banking sector. The average salary package after your B.Sc. degree will be 4 LPA - 6 LPA.

If students want to take admission to girls college, so it is the right place for them.

Placements: Students have spent almost 2 years of graduation online. If students have a lot of internships opportunities from this college which is an plus point. Almost 85% of students are placed in our college.

Undoubtedly, I am satisfied and proud to be a part of JDMC family.

Placements: Placements are not so good but average in our college. The highest salary package offered is up to 5 LPA and the lowest salary package goes up to 2 LPA which is not so good to take over the placement in JDMC. If there is someone to pursue a job after graduation then the placement is the best for them.

One of the underrated college of Delhi University .

Placements: There is no placement opportunity for our course. Political Science is such a course for which you are not going to get any placement opportunity from college but you can attend some really good and enriching seminars from great personalities, you can take part in quizzes and debates during the fest, you can try to learn any new skill and can look for a job, but college will not provide you anything.

Satisfied with the faculty and facilities of our college.

Placements: The college's first cut-off for my course is 95%, and then it goes to 89% in the 7th-8th cut-off. There are 4 sections of B.Com (h) in my batch. The highest salary is 20,000 per month, and the lowest salary is around 10,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank etc. There's no need for a percentage in doing internships, but if you are doing a good internship, then they do check grades.

Good infrastructure and campus.

Placements: A lot of students are placed in good companies from various courses of the college. Also, the college provides a lot of amazing and learning opportunities for students in the form of internships which help students in their overall development and can add a lot to their CV.

Political science has nothing to do with industry.

Placements: I am from political science honors student batch of 2016-19 and Studies are good here but there is no placements for political Science. No training or internships. Its basically you come and study and prepare by yourself for higher studies to get employment.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: About 70-80% of students from our course get placed. The average salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. I think the placement part is mainly dependent on our performance and how active we are because it is an average college. The salary package offered is average.

Review of Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi.

Placements: This college offers great roles. A separate placements cell is also there to provide good placements to students and offers many courses, add-on courses, etc. Studies are good over here, and the staff is also well educated and experienced.

It has a good infrastructure and excellent teaching staff. Placements opportunities are average.

Placements: In B.Com H, students who had above 91% of marks were selected for admission at last, and after which, the cut-off list was closed for general category students. For OBC, ST/ST students, it was still open, and I think it was open until the 85% cut-off range. The highest salary package offered until now is around 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Until now, big 4 companies have not visited here, but others like Younity and ...

Friendly environment. One can prepare for entrances and jobs along with the course.

Placements: I was pursuing B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics from Janki Devi Memorial College, and passed out this year itself. As of what I know, my friends and people from my department whom I know didn't get many placement offers. So I'd say the percentage was for sure below 20%, also due to this I can't say anything about package offers, recruiting companies, since None in my knowledge availed this. But the internship rate was somewhat good, above 50% I can say, companies were mainly from the teaching field an...

Placements: Placements are average. There are various placement cells in our college and what all we have heard from seniors is they all are satisfied with the placements by the college, various internship opportunities are also available for us which will help us in the future.

I am satisfied with the faculty members and facilities provided here.

Placements: Many internship opportunities are not provided in our college. There's a placement cell, which is very hard working. They organise various seminars. Various companies like Dare2Compete, Lineup, Advisory, etc., offered placements for the 2022 batch with a salary package of around 2 LPA-4 LPA.

You will have happiness here.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is satisfactory. During the Covid-19 situation, the placement cell not only takes care of students health but also provided students with various work from home internship opportunities in collaboration with various companies such as PlanetSpark, Dare2Compete and ICICI Bank with salary packages of around 3 LPA-4 LPA. Not only this, but also they offer off-campus placement drives, which are generally conducted by E&Y and D.E. Shaw and Co. Students are hired for t...

Our college has a good infrastructure and helpful teachers.

Placements: Hardly 20% of the students got placed out of more than 150 students. The highest salary package offered was around 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company was EY, in which around 10 students got placed. Students rarely got internships in good companies. Top roles offered were sales and marketing.

I am satisfied because of the faculty members.

Placements: The college provides minimum opportunities for placements. There is no such good programme for the campus recruitment process. There are limited extracurricular activities. The college did not even provide proper opportunities for internships to students.

It is a good college to experience good college life.

Placements: I was not much aware of the placements as most of my batchmates, including me, were preparing for higher studies or competitive examinations. However, as far as I have heard, there were pretty good placements for students who wanted a job along with other things.
