JSS Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Companies like TCS and Wipro are the mass recruiters and usually visit our campus. They offer the packages of 3-5 LPA. Startups like Byju's, Paytm and PhonePe also visit our campus. Many budding startups and consultancy firms also recruit students for the designation of software trainee. For these companies, you have to sign a bond for some duration. Companies like Byju's also recruit students for business development and marketing.

Placements: Placements for the CSE department are good, and last year, companies hired students with a highest salary package of 13 LPA. The average salary package offered was 5 to 6 LPA. There are only a few opportunities for the students of other branches. But this placement scenario for other branches is the same for all colleges in Noida.

Placements: Placements in this college are average like any other college of UPTU. Placement opportunities offered for the core branches like mechanical, electrical, and civil departments are low. However, students of these core branches are offered placement opportunities in sales and IT domains. Most of the students prepare for GATE examination to go for M.Tech or to get placed in PSUs.

Placements: As far as the placements are concerned, core branches have fewer placements when compared to other branches like IT, CS, EC and IC. Many companies visit our college for the students of EC, IT and CS branches. Placements are fewer for the civil, mechanical, and electrical branches. If you are from the core branch, don't ever think that you can get a placement here. It is mandatory for students to maintain 75% of attendance to sit in sessional exams.

Placements: If you are in IT or CS branch, and you study well in the 4 years, then you will get placed. The salary package offered ranges from 3-5 LPA. If you do exceptionally well, then you may also get a salary package of 10-12 LPA. Students from other branches can also get placed if they are doing good in programming or coding. Placements: The placement department in our college was not active and nor cooperative. They did not know how to approach a company and appease them to recruit students from the college. They do not treat HR of the company properly. Thus, placements in the college have been declining day by day and the companies which were hiring students for many years are also not visiting.

Placements: On-campus placements in JSSATEN are good enough for CSE, IT and ECE students only. But, students can get higher packages only through off-campus placement drives. The average salary package offered for CSE students was 5-6 LPA in on-campus drives.

Placements: Placements in the college were very good for our batch. Placements were decent for senior batch, i.e. 2010-14 batch. Companies like Genpact, Sony, and Samsung visited for seniors, but for our batch companies like InfoEdge, Tech Mahindra, and Kronos visited. Around 95% of students in our batch were placed. Placements: Placements for our senior batch were great. They were not much satisfied with it as they had higher expectations considering the previous batch students who got many opportunities. For our batch, the T&P team worked hard, and we got many opportunities than our senior batch. For the first time in the history of JSS Noida, Deloitte visited our campus to offer placements. Placements: JSS provides good placements to CS and IT branches compared to other branches. Overall, the placement records of all branches are good. Decent companies visit the campus every year. They offer handsome salaries. Placements are improving with time compared to the previous years.

Placements: As far as the civil engineering department is concerned, the placements are poor. The companies have not visited the campus for the last three years to hire students of the civil branch. However, there are good salary packages for CS, IT, EE, and ECE department students. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and other core companies visit the campus quite often. Placements: Placements in the college are good when compared to other colleges of UPTU. Since it's located in sector 62 and also known as the corporate hub of Delhi, you can get pretty good placement opportunities. Some phenomenal companies like Kronos visit our campus, and they offer a salary package of 14 LPA. Last year, we saw both Samsung and Adobe visiting the campus for placements for the first time. Even Paytm was a recruiter last year. If you are from CS, IT, or EC, then you are going to get placed.

Placements: Placements were good in mass recruiter companies but not for other companies. There were good number of students placed from Computer Science branch but not good for other branches as there were no or minimal campus recruitments from core companies. The roles were mainly for software engineers. There were 2-3 recruitments for the internships. The highest salary was not much high. The salaries were quite average or sometimes below average for a beech student.

Placements: The placements were good for the students of CS, IT and EC departments. But the placements are not good for the rest of the branches. More than 60% of the students were placed in both the on-campus and off-campus drives. Overall, the placements were average.

Placements: For Civil Branch the placement was quite low about 5 to 10 percent. But the performance of students in Examinations like PSU, GATE were extraordinary. One of student of 2016 batch secured 2nd AlR rank in GATE. The highest package was last to last year of 8 lac per annum with an average of 4 lacs. Yes there is a placement cell.

Placements: Placements were decent with average package being 4 LPA for the batch. The highest package was 7-8 Lacs per annum.70-80% of the batch was placed with some having really good offers. Mass recruiters like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra etc. Are frequent visitors.

TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra recruit many students from the college and offers a package of around 3.33 LPA. Placements: Placements are just okay only. Average package is around 4-5 Lacs. Some companies offer 7-8 Lacs also but count of students placed in those companies is very low otherwise most of the students placed in MNC's which offers package around 3.5lakhs. Placements: The placements for computer science students are good, but they are not good for other branches. If you are from CS and IT, then you are lucky. The chances of getting a placement are good if you belong to CS or IT. Our senior batch had good placements. Basically, you cannot expect much from this college.

Placements: Placements for civil engineers is generally low for almost every college as in Civil field one must have atleast 5-6 years experience. In J. S. S, this year placements were quite impressive. Companies like IBM visited our campus and the highest salary offered in civil batch was 6 Lacs per annum.
