It is a nice college with good faculty, placement drives, and the best infrastructure with Wi-Fi.

Placements: Placements at KLNCE were good. Deserved students got placed in their respective field. Some main companies like Infosys, HCL, Zoho Corporation, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services and many more visited the campus for placements. Anna University has arranged TNSLPP at KLNCE. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. KLNCE has a training and placement cell where all the students are trained to meet the challenges.

A place to learn more about life and to get a better understanding in the engineering field.

Placements: The placements are not as good as before, and it's very hard to get placed. Most of the students got internships than placements. The lowest stipend was Rs. 3000 and the highest stipend was Rs. 12,000 per month. Only a few got placed, which was only 31% of the students in my department. The mechanical and E&I department didn't even get more than 4-5 companies, and these are the departments where only a few students got placed. The average salary for students who got placed was of Rs. 2.5 lacs pe...

Good infrastructure and good faculty members with average placement.

Placements: Placement wise they have to improve a lot. Some of my senior batch got placed but didn't receive call letter for 8months they had to go through some exams even after getting placed. In my batch they invited so many BPOs with low package, Very few core companies approached our college for placement they also recruited less number of students. Jasmine information tech is the only well known core company came to pur college for recruitment, around 90% of students got placed because of BPOs. The hig...

Absolutely satisfied because of way of teaching.

Placements: They are giving good placement offer for all students. My senior batch students also get good placement record. My college is one of the top twenty colleges in Tamilnadu. They will bring MNCs like TCS, Accenture,Wheels India, etc. which will give good placements.

Not satisfied with the placements in 2014.

Placements: Placements here are bad, while I am doing my B.E., for my seniors, placements are little good. At the end of the final year, only one on-campus drive came that too, we should have eligibility for 70% and above. No other campus drives are arranged from our college side. Most of the company came for the BPO only. No internships were offered from the college which is very rare. The other students, who got average marks are suffering till now for their jobs as they failed to give the placements.

Worth for the money and it may be after Thiyagarajar college in Madurai.

Placements: CTS, TCS, Honeywell, HCL, Broadcom companies visited the college. You can study nicely with good staff guidance. The laboratories have also been developed nicely. You can do as many as mini projects and career development courses. It encourages to be in a friendly environment with all the staff members.

The college is neither good nor bad.

Placements: Most of the students got placed in the non-technical positions. The placement cell is bad, and they will inform the last date of schedule in my batch. The technical and the software companies rarely visit MCA department. Most of the companies give the criteria for the students. Most of the talented guys don't get placed in the developer roles.

Really a good college but if they provide placements as assured it will become number one.

Placements: Basically, IT and CSC students got placed in their core companies. But for we got wrong promises from the placement officers that they will bring core companies and get you placed. In our batch, 108 students got an offer letter out of 720. Placement officers make false promises to the students so that many of us got a mindset that our college will bring more core companies as assured and we did not attend any of the off-campus placements.

My conclusion about the college is that it's okay.

Placements: In every semester holidays, they conducted placement activity classes. In 6th semester holidays, they arranged special coaching for aptitude by Face Academy. During the last semester, up to 80% of the students were placed in a company. Each and every information was sent to the students immediately by the placement officers. Most of the students were placed but only a few were placed in tier-1 and tier-2 companies. A lot of companies were brought by placement officer but 65% of the companies ...

Placements: Placements were good for my batch 2010-2014. On-Campus and off-campus recruitments are arranged by the college placement cell. Referral interviews are also conducted by senior batch from various companies and start-ups. The highest salary offered in my batch was 5.6 lakhs per annum. The average was 3.2 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.2 lakhs per annum. TCS is the first MNC that every year conducts the interview on the first day of the interview schedule. However, it lacking much exposure, placement facilities not upto level. More Software related companies than core companies visit the campus.
