Satisfied with the placements and facilities.

Placements: Kryptus placement cell is the name of our placement cell. Our placement cell is doing a great job in helping the students to get placed into different companies. In around a month,5 to 6 companies came to our college, and around 60-70 students got placed in their company. The placement cell organises different workshops, seminars and practice sessions to improve the skills of students. The companies that came provides really good packages. Students gave interviews for HR, marketing, management, ...

Kalindi College - An alumna's review

Placements: The placements are pretty good. I am not sure of the journalism placements, but if you talk about other courses, then I think people get some good placements. Also, courses like BA programs get some really cool placements. I remember Dr. Shiksha Sharma came herself for the evaluation purpose. They also offered some handsome salaries to the people who cleared the tests and interviews.

It is a very good college except for placements.

Placements: There is no placement cell for this college. You can look for placements at Delhi University Central placement cell. However, teachers here can help and guide you with the best options to go for]. So for placements, the university placement cell is the only option for you.

The college is decent. One can think of taking admission in this college.

Placements: The placement of the college is decent. Approximately 30-35% of students get placed. The companies usually come for sales profile (selling of policies, etc.). The average salary is approximately Rs. 12,000-15,000 per month. The companies like ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finance visit campus for recruitment.

Ignoring the infrastructure, satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: The internship opportunities are great in the college. I am not sure about the existing placement opportunities for specifically English honours students. But many internships were offered to the students. And even in my class more than 60 students, more than half of them are involved in some or the other internship.

Not fully satisfied with infrastructure and administration

Placements: Good placements for my senior batch. Almost 60% of the students got placed. Average salary provided to the students is Rs. 3-4 lakh per annum. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI Prudential, Talocity Instasoluntion Pvt. Limited, Jet Airways, etc. visited the college. They offered roles like a company secretary, Java developer, customer service, article writing, plan execution, etc. For internship, the stipend offered to the students was around 1500- 2500 rupees. ...

Dissatisfied about placements. Rest everything was good

Placements: Just one placement was held at that time and that was with ICICI Prudential. Rest could have been in later years, I don't have much information about it. There needs to be proper placement cell in which most of the students should get placed. There were average placements.

Good faculty, infrastructure and other facilities

Placements: Placement opportunities are not as good as there are in other colleges. But they do hold interviews for you and also seminars for your career guidance. Fewer known companies come to the college for placements. So basically, the placement is not what this college offers.

Kalindi College has an eco-friendly environment.

Placements: Many companies visit our campus for offered placement to students as per their skills. They directly nominate students and select them for further training. I don't know about our seniors' experience as I didn't contact them yet, but I know for sure they would have a great time.

An average college with normal placements.

Placements: Placements are decent in terms of the number of companies that visited but the average package was 2.5 lakhs. Bajaj Finance and ICICI visit the college for recruitment. In terms of percentage, 40 percent students get placed. High packages are not offered. Internship is not offered by the college. Students have to manage that on their own.

Nice college which is worth the money.

Placements: Placements were not that good. Only some students got placed in some companies. The placement cell also works fine. The average package goes to around 3-4 lacs per annum, so it is fine according to placements. Around 50% of the students were placed and many big companies visited the campus like KPMG.

New infrastructure in 2015. I am absolutely satisfied.

Placements: Many good companies visited for campus placements and around 10-15 students got placed from my batch (most of them who sat for the placement got recruited). Being an off-campus college, one cannot expect big MNCs to come for placements but many big good and reputed companies do come for placements. There is a separate placement cell department in the college.

Kalindi has a good atmosphere and area.

Placements: Talking about placements, you will find many companies visiting the college but most of them just offer you a package of 2 LPA. The placement cell is not working at all and students have to arrange their own placements which is a very bad thing about the college. The management of the college is not at all helpful.

DU life is amazing. Have good marks and enjoy the college life.

Placements: The placement in Kalindi College is mind-blowing as this college is affiliated to Delhi University, so it is obvious that the placement will be mind-blowing. The highest package in eco honours was 8 lakhs, the average package was 5 lakhs and the lowest package was 3 lakhs. The placement coordinators were very good and they helped the students to be placed. 70% of the students were placed and the rest chose for higher studies.

Best three academic years of our life- 3 years of fun, studies, friends and excitement.

Placements: Though we were in history, we never got to know that is there and whether any company is coming to offer the placements. I really do not have any idea about my seniors, but we got one chance when Genpact visited our campus to hire the candidates. Luckily I got selected for the job. I do not know about the highest, lowest and average pay offered but as a fresher, they offered me 12,000 per month. There were 2 companies one was a media agency and we were not even informed about that. Somehow, we g...

Kalindi College- A world outside campus where you can develop yourself and love nature.

Placements: Most of my classmates and I are pursuing our education and doing Masters in computers from different universities like University of Delhi, Inderprastha University, Indira Gandhi National Open University, NIT and others. College doesn't arrange any placement drive. It is conducted by Delhi University CPC. So, if you want to do a job after your graduation, you must enrol yourself in CPC of DU. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc. come in CPC.

The overall ambience of college is mind blowing! The campus, the faculty, the canteen food and everything else is outstanding. Yes, the college infrastructure was not that good during the first two years but as the final year approached, the college was transformed! The theme park is the best hangout place in the campus where students sit, eat, gossip and even complete their pending assignments. All the faculty are down to earth and always there to guide us and support us in every odds.

The college is good and has a good campus. Faculty members are good knowledgeable. Extracurricular activities are also there. I had a very good experience in my college. The only drawback which I found was the bad auditorium. It needs to be improved. Otherwise I would suggest to take admission in this college.
