This is a decent college to study.

Placements: The placement cell structure of this college is average. A few prestigious companies visit the campus, and they pick mostly 1-3 students. Mostly corporate or content writing based companies are called for placements so that the students interested other than that may have to look for some other option. This college provides many internship offers, even if a student can't get an internship from this college can try from Delhi University as it is a part of it.

The college is good as a whole but there are few things that is to be worked on.

Placements: There is a placement cell in the college but not many companies come to the college. From the whole college there are only few students who get placed. The companies like KPMG, NIIT, Wipro, etc. Come to the college. The roles that are offered is of Content Developer, Analyst, etc.

Would surely love to recommend. The college promises in providing the best of academic opportunities

Placements: The kamala nehru college have not failed in terms of meeting the acceptations of the students. It has an effective placement cell that helps students to get through the companies. The placement cell of our college is known as Prospico. It gives information regarding any kind of internships such as smartican cashkaro etc. Overall Prospico have proved to be one of those effective cells and fully provides opportunities for the students. The average placement packet per year is INR 4.5 to 5.5 Lacs. ...

Everything is good except placements.

Placements: For this particular course, the placements are not so good. Hardly one or two companies turn up and there is a high chance of getting better packages through off campus placements. The placement cell is not much of a help to students taking this course. Be it internships or job offers, the students have to look out for themselves.

Knowledgeable faculty and friendly crowd.

Placements: There is a dedicated placement cell in the college which is very functional throughout the year. Especially during the months before the summer and winter holidays for providing internships to the students from various courses with respect to their interest. The placement announcements are made via notice boards and banners around the college premises. Since an undergraduate level is insufficient for my course to get a placement, none of the students got any placements after the college.

Absolutely satisfied with KNC, good infrastructure, placements, food fests and societies.

Placements: The placements are fine. If you are from commerce and economics background, then companies like Wipro, KPMG, EY, Urbanclap recruit you and NIIT for English honours students. The profiles offered by the companies are, Wipro - financial analyst (for B.Com and economics), Urbanclap- business development associate (for all courses), KPMG and EY - audit associate (for B.Com and economics), AIS - HR executive (all courses). On an average, 5-6 companies come for the final year students. The salary off...

The college is covered with the greenery, and it is fully well-ventilated.

Placements: Our department doesn’t have placements, but the college has a placement cell. The courses like Bachelor of Commerce honours get very well placements, and the placement cell does great work. Don’t know much about the placement efficiency because we don’t have it in our department as our course is such.

Kamala Nehru College(KNC) is the best one we get.

Placements: Most of the B.Com (Hons) students are placed on the campus. There are lots of seniors, who got placed in Ernst and Young. The students are guided time to time about the career options. The different seminars take place in the college for career guidance. The faculty members are supportive, helpful, and guide us in all aspects.

Still the best college in spite of all the shortcomings. It is worth the money that we pay.

Placements: The placements were good enough. Surely, there are placements for other courses, but there is no scope for mathematics graduates. No company had come, so it was very bad for us. For others, it might have been good. Many companies come for economics, B.Com students, and journalism students as well.

Had great 3 years of experience.

Placements: The placements are not very good- around 20%, I think. The maximum package is 4 lacs. Not enough profiles were offered. There were very few options for economics students. Majority of the companies came B.Com honours. No one got an internship from the college from what I remember.

Kamala Nehru College for women has a convenient location in South Delhi, well connected by various modes of road transportation. The faculty of the college is highly qualified with PhDs in their respective fields. Though the poor infrastructure at times acts as an obstacle, nonetheless, the college offers a plethora of extra-curricular activities committees for one to be a part of. The canteen of the college is one which is much talked about across colleges in Delhi University and indeed lives u...

Average Delhi University review.

Placements: The percentage of students getting placements is fine, not great, I must say. The highest package offered in my college is 6 lakh per annum, which is a decent amount, I feel. There are many companies that have come to my college for recruitment.

Placements: In our college, almost 30-40% of students are placed. The salary package offered is 3 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like KPMG, Accenture, HCL, Boat, etc., visit our campus. Most students from B.Com honors and B.Com will be preferred over students from other courses.

Qualified teachers and good facilities according to the fee structure.

Placements: Due to covid, very less number of students were placed, there were no offline classes in the last year. Students used to do internships on their own. NGO internships were offered. No roles or internships were provided by the college, students used to find it on their own.

It is a good place with great faculty.

Placements: There are no placements in our college for Masters. Although, the course gives you an upper hand in applying for jobs available outside. There are on-campus drives on both south and north campuses, and students can benefit from them.
