Placements: There are no placement for political Science student but college has placement cell. They focus on commerce courses placement. College try to get more student got placed from college side. There are on campus and off campus placement in kamala nehru college.
Placements: The placements of my batch are not as good compared to last years batch. The average package goes like 3.15 LPA. Moreover, there are no. of companies when compared to last year statistics. The profiles offered were quite less as compared to other top colleges as KNC comes in best commerce colleges.
Placements: The campus placements are very less. The campus placement cell is not much active. A few companies visited the campus. The numbers of companies visited the campus was less as compared to the other colleges of Delhi University. The placements of the earlier batch were comparatively good. Till now, nearly 15 students have been placed from commerce and economics department from a total strength of 250-300 students. The college does not provide any internships.
Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities for B.Com and Eco. Top companies that hire people from KNC are EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Limetray amongst others. Candidates looking to build their career in sales or business development also get good opportunities.
Placements: There is a placement cell in this college. Though this course didn't get much attention for the placement as such, 2-3 companies came to our college to hire English students as content writers. Many students got placed as well. But, the college needs to put some more efforts to help students so that they can be placed more effectively.
Placements: Everything is good. We have our placement cell at Kamala Nehru college. Students can concern the teachers or counsellor for their placement related queries. They are very much helpful and friendly. Placements are only for the few courses students.
Placements: Prospico is the name for the placement cell of the college. Every year, there are number reputed companies which include Wipro, KPMG, NIIT visit the college for campus placements. The salary packages range from Rs 2 lacs to 6-7 lacs per annum. Posts which are offered are a financial analyst, content writing, and many more for all streams present in the college. There are more placements for commerce students than any other stream. There is less number of internship opportunities through placemen...
Placements: Since I am a graduate in History, there were no placements as such, but other courses like B.Com and Eco Hons had good placement records. My course was not called for placements because almost all of us had to pursue masters degree after that and its main focus is on a teaching line, so that's why history students did not have any placements.
Placements: The college has a placement cell called Prospiscio which works efficiently with the help of its teacher coordinators and student members. The companies like EY and KPMG come almost every year for the placements, and the year 2017 placements, around 70-80% of the students who appeared for the interview got selected for KPMG and the average package for EY was 5.5 LPA, and for KPMG it was around 6 LPA. In 2012, Google selected 2 students from the college. The companies like Wipro and Urbanclap also...
Placements: There are no placements for geography graduates. Students from commerce background do have placements. The placement cell of the college tries to make students more employable and holds workshops and seminars frequently where the students can go through the different opportunities available for them.
Placements: There are no placement facilities provided by the college for geography department, but for other courses, there is a provision of placements. It also keeps a record of internship taken up by the students and also organises various seminars related to the job opportunities available in the market.
Placements: The placements were pretty decent for B.Com graduates at least as reputed audit firms and finance companies came with a package of 5 lacs as maximum which was fair enough for fresh B.Com graduates. Approximately, 60% of the students were placed in reputed firms in JD's of an auditor. The highest salary was approximately 6 lacs, I guess. The internships were not mandatory for UG students.
Placements: Kamala Nehru College has a very active placement cell. Every year, students get recruited through this. The placement cell mainly gets jobs and internships for commerce students. 50-60% of the commerce students get recruited every year. The companies start coming from the month of July. Some companies that have visited the college include Ernst and Young, Wipro, Urbanclap, etc.
Placements: Most of the students were not interested in placements after graduation, and I have no idea regarding the placement scenario of our college. But I got to know from all other seniors that the placements were good and the placement in-charge used to provide a lot of information about which companies will visit our college. So informing and letting the students know about the placements is important which they did well.
Placements: We have our college placement cell named, Prospicio which is an active cell. The placement cell provides third year's with many chances to get placed as they provide placement in companies like EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Urbanclap, Inshorts, Wipro, etc. The percentage of the students getting placed is nice.
Placements: Placements are not that great. The packages are not very high and very few companies come for placements for economics graduates. Apart from that, there are not many relevant job roles as well. The placement committee is not very active. I, however, think that this college is more for students are interested in further studies instead of just getting a job and settling down.
Placements: The placement drive was well organized and neatly done. No chaos was reported and companies like Times of India and Hindustan Times participated along with Zomato. Roles like data analyst, and internships were offered. Apart from that, the placement staff was quite cooperative.
Placements: The placement cell of my college was super active as they give students the opportunity to start their professional career by working in companies like KPMG, EY and Wipro. They help to grab the jobs by helping students to prepare for the GD and PI rounds to crack the interview. Roles offered by the companies mostly depend on the course you are pursuing, if you are doing your graduation in BCom, then they offer jobs related to finance and audit. As KPMG is an audit company, it offers you the rol...
Placements: A separate placement cell is maintained for placement related things. Kamla Nehru Offers placement in every field from MNCs to startups. From placement drive till the end of the selection procedure, the teachers from the placement cell takes care of everything and constantly guide and support the students. They try their best to place each and every student in a good company.
Placements: The placements of our college are good enough for the freshers. The placement cell works hard enough to get a few companies to the college for placements. Kong and E&Y are the leading recruiters followed by NIIT. There are more opportunities for commerce students as compared to other courses. English honours students also have a good scope of getting placed.
