Average faculty but you can get the best college life.

Placements: Our batch is not that much in hype. The course I was pursuing was not that very popular. The placement was very rare. The highest average package offered by course was 15 LPA and the lowest was 11 LPA. Am not really sure about top recruiting company for our course because placement is very rare. No one placement immediately after graduation from our course. We need to complete one more extra year to get honours degree in our major paper. Internship opportunities are very great. There are so many...

Review of Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide many placement offers for our course. Our college provides placements for commerce-related courses. A few good companies visit our college to recruit students, but most of them are limited to content writing and marketing. The majority of students go for master's degrees or off-campus placements. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA.

I expected more from a top-tier DU college.

Placements: Internships at a bachelor's level in psychology are not satisfactory. Most of the internship companies are startups, and the roles are usually for promoting their pages on social media or writing blogs for their websites. About half of our class has done some internships so far in the second year, but they do not pay well, and we might have to pay for the internship ourselves.

Dissatisfied with the placement, classes, and poor infrastructure, but good canteen food and auditor

Placements: I am not aware of how the placement works because I am currently in the second year. But based on the LinkedIn posts, our college collaborates with firms some of which you might not have even heard names of, but others like Wipro, Indian express, etc. which are pretty good. But it depends on which course are you pursuing. For example, there are only opportunities related to NGO service for sociology and political science students, while most of the companies come to take up students from either ...

The college is definitely not one of the best institutions. But it can be made better.

Placements: The placements are good. About 60% of students get placed just after graduation. The average package in my course is 4 lacs. The placement cell is good. They organize workshops and seminars from time to time. People here are really hardworking. It gives opportunities for students to be a part of big reputed companies like Wipro.

It is a good college, but there is no college life.

Placements: The college provides good placements only for commerce and economic students. The rest of the placements which are available to all students aren't good at all. So, I didn't apply for it and have no idea about it. Rest, my friends from B.Com (Hons) and economics (Hons) might be knowing well. But, the placement cell of the college isn't that active as in other colleges.

Satisfied when it comes to imparting of the knowledge.

Placements: The placement were majorly offered for the commerce batches. But the placement opportunities for the commerce students did not have a high package. The salary package offered to them were decent enough for a graduate student. Internships were not much available from the college but had to find from outside.

College is just average in terms of extra curriculars and environment. Placement was average.

Placements: Placements are good. Students are placed in big four companies for auditing etc. Wipro visited our college. I don't know about the salary structure. Our college has placement cell also which has a good placement. Students do internships on their own. College does not provide good internships.
