Good and determined people can use all the opportunities to build a successful career.

Placements: The college has an active placement cell, and it has MOU with many startups, so the students get many opportunities to learn and have industrial training in their career. In 2018, up to 452 students out of 630 got placed on the campus placements which is better when compared to other colleges across Madurai.

The placement cell is useful as it provides good training to students, and staff are good.

Placements: The placement and training cell advice the students for their career. They help the students in choosing a company according to their requirements. The placement cell works hard to place the students easily.

The college is absolutely good, but dissatisfied with fees structure.

Placements: The placement is good with an average of over 50%. The placement cell consists of full fledged aptitude and language trainers. There are 417 students approximately placed. There are several training given to students such as C, C+, Java etc. , and get trained as BEC qualified students. The average salary is about 1.96L per year. The reputed institutions like Tech Mahindra, Odesse technologies, Chainsys etc. , But most of students recruited by BPO. The Internship is quite good. The Internship are...

KCET is the best college.

Placements: The placements are good to the students at this college. The college has the best professors and staff members. In placement, the college has placed many students in the jobs related to their departments. Arrear students are taught to pass, and they place in a good company. All the students enrich in their future life.

A unique, innovative and technical college.

Placements: In Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, there are placements for only software and marketing fields. They conduct campus interview with the small companies also. They provide training and development services for individuals and each and every student.

Our college is very good in every ways. Good surroundings, good placements.

Placements: Our college has a good placement of students at various companies. IT department has the maximum placements and Civil has the least. In our mechanical department, placement is good. Also, many are selected by reputed companies. The average annual package is 3 Lacs. Companies like mahindra takes students in large quantities. We also have a placement cell and it is excellently organized.

A college with some good and best things.

Placements: The placements for circuit branches are good when compared to the core mechanical and civil engineering, only tire 3 companies attend for campus drives for core branches. Placement team is trying to expand in the core branches too, will be coming up with new companies in the mere future.

The main facts to know about my college.

Placements: IT companies visit the campus for placements. Core companies for the mechanical branch are rare. The projects are important to get placed. The placement cell is good as they are working for placements. Mr Azar is good for placement-related works. The training and development cell plays the main role to get the students placed on the campus placements.

I am dissatisfied because of no placements and bad students environment.

Placements: There are no placements for the civil engineering, but the biotechnology and the polymer technology departments gave 100% of the placements in the year 2018. There will be no placement training for the civil engineering and the mechanical engineering students. Branches like CSE, ECE, EEE students and most of them got placed in companies like the TCS and other IT companies.

It is an average college, academics are good but very poor placement indeed.

Placements: Our college is exclusively for engineering and technology. Keeping this in mind, the management should take necessary steps to bring core companies related to each stream. Instead, they invite only some 3rd grade IT companies, BPOs and KPOs with an average package of 1 LPA. Our college has always been great at false advertising, and they pretend as if top-notch companies visit our campus for recruitment. Ultimately, it is the students who suffer.

A good college for the middle-class students.

Placements: There are no placements in the core companies. Our department students are hired mostly by the information technology companies. But, overall, the mechanical students get higher placements every year. In the present year, about 70+% of the students have already got jobs in companies.

Good campus and faculty.

Placements: The campus is very good in terms of education. They provide average placements. The students will get good job training with the help of college which help them in gaining a good job. There are students who got placed in good and famous MNCs. The placement cell is very active, and students are getting enough support from the placement team.

Good lab facilities but it needs to improve in placements

Placements: The college needs to improve a lot in terms of placements. Off-campus opportunities are there but the number of companies visiting the college is relatively low. The average package offered was 4.75 LPA. The roles offered to the students vary from developer to assistant engineer.

100% placements this year.

Placements: In our college, the placement percentage is nearly 50-60. The average salary package is 2.5 lakhs per annum. A lot of students get internship offers from the college, nearly 70-80 %. Mainly IT-related companies visit our campus and they mainly recruit for the post of development engineer.

I expected to be happy and enjoy life here but it was not that much.

Placements: It is not that good as only 20% of students were placed in our batch. The highest salary offered was 4.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 1.5 lakhs per annum. The average salary is 2.5 lakhs per annum. The number of jobs offered was very minimal to the total eligible candidates.

A place to study engineering from the exam point of view, not to gain knowledge.

Placements: For my batch, the placement is poor. For our senior batch also, only IT companies came. Core companies have not yet come to this college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 16000 per month to only one person. Almost 90% of the students have not got a job till now. No one got an internship from the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2015

Placements: As the strength of the college has been increased in my set, out of 1200+ students, only 315+ students got placements through the college. In college advertisement, many MNCs such as IBM, Wipro, Infy, CTS are included as the shown fake image to the students and public. Students are not placed in those companies.

KCET a place to blossom for students who need a push and lot of guidance.

Placements: Placements percentage is very low but way above average in that region. The placement cell works continuously to improve this stat. Training and development programmes are given to students in regular intervals. Lots of IT and manufacturing companies come for placements.
