Quite good infrastructure as off-campus, quite okay facilities here.
Placements: In one section, there are 65 students, and in the other section, there are 70 students. The best faculty is here. Two or three companies are here for placement, and the Blitz department is here for computer science students. 30 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for this course are fine. There is Wi-Fi available for all students. Labs are provided for computer science and other courses as well. Classrooms are properly cleaned and fine. A good library is also here.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, polite, well-qualified, and have enough knowledge to teach properly. The course is quite okay; if you have skills, you'll get jobs, internships, and other placements. The exam level is quite okay if you study well. They even provide all study material to help you get more scores.
Other: Good campus area and crowd. Seminars should be provided by the college.

After spending three years in college, it's a very friendly zone, but the infrastructure is average.
Placements: If you are pursuing B.Sc. Honors in Computer Science from this college, it's the best course alongside BMS. As the last-passed batch achieved up to an 80% placement record, the highest package till now is 22 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. The top companies recruiting students are Wipro, Flipkart, De Shaw and Co., and Zomato. The primary roles offered are as a computer engineer and software developer.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are available only for girls. The college course fees are quite affordable, at 26000 for B.Sc. Honors in Computer Science. Regarding sports, the facilities are open anytime, and there's also a gym on the campus. The canteen provides cheap and good food, and the reading room is the best place to study quietly.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and very supportive; you can reach them anytime for your doubts. Focusing only on what the teachers teach may not make you industry-ready; for that, there are various societies to enhance your skills. The semester exams are relatively easy, and you can pass if you have a basic knowledge of your course.
Other: I chose this course after learning about the college faculty from seniors who are genuinely friendly, making you feel comfortable on campus, even if you are an introvert. The college fests are mostly organized by seniors on every festival, and they also host a fantastic fresher and welcome party.

Teachers are helpful, campus is average size.
Placements: The placement cell of the college works hard to provide students with the best packages. The average package of the college is 5-6 LPA, and students may get offered more if they meet industry requirements and are up to the mark. The highest package offered was 15 LPA at Oxane, and internship opportunities are frequently sent to your email account if you are interested in them.
Infrastructure: The campus size is average; it's an off-campus college under Delhi University. The labs are well-equipped with ACs, and there are a sufficient number of computer systems available for practical use. The classrooms, on the other hand, do not have air conditioning, only fans, which can be annoying. The library has the books students might need to study and is overall good. The canteen is average, and free Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus. Sports like basketball, football, and volleyball have their own teams, which usually participate in inter-college or intra-college competitions.
Faculty: Teachers at the college are helpful and provide good knowledge with insights into the real world. They help with problem-solving and clear any doubts. The curriculum relevance is also quite updated, with subjects being taught that are relevant to current industry standards. The semester exams are doable; being attentive in class and studying thoroughly helps one get respectable scores. The passing percentage of exams is 40%.

Review of Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi.
Placements: Only 50-60 percent students got placement last year. High package offered in our college is 25 LPA and average is 5 LPA. Most of the companies are local companies and some mass recruiters. We have the best internship program and e-cell, placement cell, internship cell.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, having all the latest facilities. Computer labs, washrooms, music room, sports complex, auditorium, basketball, tennis, volleyball, football, cricket ground. All labs, Wi-Fi, canteen, etc. Girls hostel available with good facilities and food. Hospital near college and bus stop.
Faculty: We have highly qualified teachers, mostly PhDs and specialists, helpful in every way. They are the best in their field. Overall quality is decent. Computer Science is worth it and has good potential. We have different programs that make industry ready. Most exams are easy but sometimes hard overall average. Pass percentage is 45 percent.

Q:   Is BBM/BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya worth the investment?

A:
{Source: BBM/BMS students & alumni}

BBM/BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya: Worth the Investment?

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary:

* Placement: Placements are decent, with an average salary package of INR4-5 LPA. Top recruiters include startups and small companies, with occasional visits from bigger names like D.E. Shaw, Wipro, and Deloitte. Around 20% of students get placed, with some receiving higher offers (up to INR12 lakh).
* Course Curriculum: The course is considered relevant, with a focus on practical exposure. While the curriculum may seem outdated, it's still effective in preparing students for the industry.
* Teaching Staff: Faculty members are generally helpful, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. Some teachers excel in their roles, while others might require improvement.
* Infrastructure: Facilities are average, with limited resources (e.g., poor lighting in classrooms). However, there's a dedicated BMS lab, and the library is relatively good.
* Hostel: Unfortunately, there's no hostel facility for male students.
* Internship Cell: The internship cell is somewhat inactive, requiring students to seek opportunities independently.
* Student Life: Student life is average, with limited extracurricular activities and fewer cultural events compared to other colleges.

Considering these factors, whether BBM/BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya is "worth the investment" largely depends on individual expectations and priorities.

* For those seeking strong connections and networking opportunities within the industry, this college might offer adequate prospects.
* Those looking for cutting-edge infrastructure and modern amenities might find the facilities underwhelming.
* Students who value academic rigor and theoretical foundations might appreciate the emphasis on practical exposure in the course curriculum.

Ultimately, potential students should weigh these pros and cons carefully before deciding whether this college aligns with their goals and preferences.

They will not give you laptop, but you should be provided the computer system in labs for the programming practice or others. You can learn from labs as many as you can.
